Upon arrival, Officers contacted the homeowner and determined that the door had been left open accidentally CFS-Alarm Alarm Incident Address: Railroad AVE Time Reported: 10:49:34 Time Occurred between: 10:30:00 10/22/17-10:45:00 10/22/17 On Sunday, 10/22/2017, Officers were dispatched to a business in the block of Railroad AVE in regard to a report of an alarm. Upon arrival, Officers were able to determine that an employee had accidentally activated the alarm and that the business was secure Traffic Violation Traffic Offense Black Diamond Police Dept (253) Incident Address: Morgan ST Time Reported: 14:32: Lawson ST, Black Diamond, WA Time Occurred between: 14:31:00 10/22/17-14:32:00 10/22/17 On Sunday, 10/22/2017, Officers stopped a vehicle in the block of Morgan ST for an expired registration. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the driver had a license status of Suspended in the Third Degree. The driver was cited and released at the scene, and the vehicle released to a licensed driver.

A victim of a vehicle prowl in Kent stated his garage door opener and registration was stolen and wanted an Officer to drive by his house to make sure his daughter was ok. Further investigation showed that the registration showed an address in Maple Valley, not Black Diamond. He reached his daugther via telephone and stated everything was fine Theft Theft of Prop Incident Address: ROBERTS DR Black Diamond WA Time Reported: 09:20:08 Time Occurred between: 21:00:00 10/20/17-06:00:00 10/23/17 On Monday, 10/23/2017, Officers were dispatched to the block of Roberts DR in regard to a report of a fire burning in a residential development under construction. Upon arrival, Officers discovered that the fire appeared to be accidental in nature, however, there appeared to be evidence of timber theft in the area of the fire. An investigation is ongoing CFS-Information Traffic Offense Incident Address: SE 307TH PL Time Reported: 15:15:09 Time Occurred between: 15:05:00 10/23/17-15:15:09 10/23/17 On 10/23/17, Officers were dispatched to a traffic complaint regarding a dirt bike driving up the road near the block of SE 307th Place in Black Diamond. Upon arriving it was determined it was a false alarm and appeared secure Found Property Incident Address: Lawson ST Time Reported: 14:25:58 Time Occurred between: 12:00:00 10/24/17-13:00:00 10/24/17 On 10/24/17, at approximately 1415 hours, a phone found near the block of 3rd AVE was turned into the Black Diamond Police Station Suspicious Circumstance Suspicion Incident Address: rd AVE Time Reported: 17:38:54 Time Occurred between: 09:00:00 10/24/17-17:00:00 10/24/17 On 10/24/17, Black Diamond Officers received a call reporting a possibly stolen chain saw attempting to be pawned. This is currently under investigation CFS-Suspicious Vehicle Suspicion Incident Address: th AVE SE Time Reported: 20:25:00 Time Occurred between: 20:14:00 10/24/17-20:25:00 10/24/17 On 10/24/17, at approximately 20:25 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a suspicious vehicle in the area of block of 218th AVE SE. Radio advised that a subject called 911 to report that a male subject stopped his vehicle in two driveways on 218th AVE SE, exited the vehicle for a few minutes, then drove away. The vehicle was described as a black Toyota pickup with a canopy. The vehicle was last seen traveling north on 218th AVE SE. Officers conducted an area check for the vehicle with negative results.

The vehicle was found parked in a no parking zone, without license plates. Upon arrival, Officers were able to determine that no crime was being committed, and the man agreed to leave the scene Traffic Accident,Damage Only Traffic Accident, Prop Damage Incident Address: rd AVE Time Reported: 15:07:00 Time Occurred between: 15:05:00 10/27/17-15:06:00 10/27/17 On Friday, 10/27/2017, Officers were dispatched to the block of 3rd AVE in regard to a traffic collision. Officers completed a report, and the at fault driver was cited CFS-Suspicious Vehicle Incident Address: rd AVE Time Reported: 18:08:57 Time Occurred between: 18:00:00 10/27/17-18:20:00 10/27/17 On 10/27/17, officers were dispatched to the block of 3rd Ave for a suspicious vehicle. Officers arrived and determined the vehicle was related to a male going door to door to discuss the upcoming election Warrant Arrest OSA Warrant Arrest Incident Address: RD AVE SE Time Reported: 23:47:12 Time Occurred between: 23:30:00 10/27/17-23:33:00 10/27/17 On 10/27/2017, at approximately 2330 hours, an officer initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle that failed to signal a turn at Lawson ST and 3rd AVE SE. The vehicle was stopped at the block of 3rd AVE SE. The driver of the vehicle was cited and then arrested for a warrant out of the city of Auburn. Officers were advised that a subject called 911 to report the sounds of racing vehicles near the Lake Sawyer Grocery on 216th AVE SE. Officers conducted an area check for the racing vehicles with negative results.
7 Public Information Log Page 7 of CFS-Suspicious Vehicle Suspicion Incident Address: rd AVE Time Reported: 03:37:00 Time Occurred between: 03:25:00 10/28/17-03:37:00 10/28/17 On 10/28/17, at approximately 03:37 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding two suspicious vehicles parked in the vicinity of rd Ave. The owner of the store called 911 after he witnessed two vehicles parked at his business through his video cameras from an offsite location. Officers arrived and contacted a male and female who were parked and talking. Both were asked to leave and they complied Traffic Violation Tobacco Problem Black Diamond Police Dept Lawson ST, Black Diamond, WA (253) Incident Address: TH PL SE Time Reported: 13:15:00 Time Occurred between: 13:00:00 10/28/17-13:10:00 10/28/17 On Saturday, 10/28/2017, Officers stopped an unlicensed motorcycle in the block of 229th PL SE. Upon contacting the driver, it was discovered that he had a license status of Suspended in the 1st Degree. Officers located a large party at a residence. The residents agreed to turn down the music and were given a warning CFS-Suspicious Circumstance Incident Address: Roberts DR Time Reported: 08:27:20 Time Occurred between: 00:00:00 10/29/17-08:00:00 10/29/17 On Sunday, 10/29/2017, Officers were dispatched to the block of Roberts DR in regard to a report of construction signs knocked over in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officers discovered that Road Closed signs had been knocked over, allowing access to part of the construction area. Officers conducted an area check and then replaced the signs CFS-Information Information Incident Address: SE 288th ST Time Reported: 02:36:38 Time Occurred between: 02:00:00 10/30/17-02:30:00 10/30/17 On 10/30/17, officers responded to the block of SE 288th ST for a report of a transformer explosion. Officers arrived in the area and found the power was out. Puget Sound Energy was contacted and arrived to restore power CFS-Suspicious Vehicle Incident Address: ND AVE SE Time Reported: 04:41:23 Time Occurred between: 04:00:00 10/30/17-04:40:00 10/30/17 On 10/30/17, officers responded to the block of 232 Ave SE for a report of three suspicious vehicles. The vehicles left before officers arrived. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicles or any suspicious subjects.
