I estimated the vehicle to be traveling mph through the intersection. I initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Margaret Incorvaia. When I advised Margaret of the reason for the stop, she advised "Honestly, I didn't even see it." Ms. Khalek advised that she had been speeding for about 10 seconds, saw she was going to fast, slowed down, and then saw me.
