A plate check of the vehicle showed that the vehicle's registration was expired as of April 24, I initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Kevin Smith. Smith advised that he knew his plates were expired and had placed the current expiration sticker from his other vehicle on the license plate for his Oldsmobile. Smith advised that he doesn't drive the Oldsmobile, but had to because his other vehicle had a flat tire. Celeste Huver was operating a 2009 Gray Toyota Camry (Oh-FPF3508) on Eckel Junction right at the railroad tracks. Huver stated just as her vehicle got over the railroad tracks a white or silver car struck the rear of her vehicle. Huver stated her vehicle was pushed to the center of Eckel Junction at Pauly Dr. She stated she moved her vehicle to keep her vehicle from blocking the interesection. She stated the unknown vehicle stopped for a few seconds and then took off NB on Pauly Dr. I spoke to two witnesses who both stated that it was a silver Chrysler 300 that hit Ms. Huvers vehicle and took off NB on Pauly Dr. Communications Officer Merlow was able to locate all of the silver Chrysler 300's in the area of the accident. One of the vehicles came back to a Christy L. Webb at Fort Meigs Rd. On 1/14/2013 Ofc. Stanton and I went to Ms. Webb's address. We knocked on the door several times as well as rang the door bell. We walked around to the North side of her house where there was a window into her garage. We could visibly see a small portion inside the garage and did observe a silver Chrysler 300. Ofc. Stanton and I left the area and I contacted Ms. Webb on her cell phone. A short time later Ms. Webb called this department to report she had been in an accident last evening. Webb stated she left the scene of the accident last night. She stated she stopped but observed the other vehicle inching away. She stated she turned down Pauly Dr and then could not see the vehicle and believed the vehicle left the area. She stated she then contacted her mother because she did not know what to do. I went out to Webb's residence and issued her a citation for ACDA (ORC a,MM) and Leaving the Scene (ORC ,M1). I took photos of the damage and obtained a written statement from Webb. Page 5 of 45

I observed a black Cadillac Escalade traveling faster than the posted speed limit of 35 mph. I estimated the speed to be 50 mph. I activated laser unit #TS and it displayed a consistent speed reading of 53 mph at ft from the cruiser. I stopped the vehicle at the Perrysburg High School and I spoke to the driver, Prueter. Mr. Prueter advised that he didn't know how fast he was going and he was on his way to pick up his son at the PHS. Mr. Prueter was cited for speed and was given a court date for 01/15/2013 at 1700 hrs. The laser calibration was checked and it was functioning properly. Ms. Parker advised she had a passenger with her and she did not notice anything either. I was using my Python radar (PYT ) in the stationary mode. I observed a NB vehicle in the passing lane of SR 25 that appeared to be traveling near 55 mph, and I obtained a target speed of 57 mph. The audio return supported the target speed. I stopped this vehicle and made contact with Arnulfo Garibay-Castro. He did not have his Michigan OL with him. There was a language barrier and it took several minutes for dispatch to locate his OL through Michigan. Dispatch had to contact authorities in Michigan to get the information. Mr. Garibay-Castro was cited. He had an adult female seated up front and a child seated in back. No interfering traffic in the area at the time of the offense. 19 While on patrol traveling westbound on W. South Boundary St., I observed a vehicle approaching me in the eastbound lane at a speed that appeared to be greater than the posted 25 MPH limit. I estimated the vehicle's speed to be 40 MPH. I then activated radar unit E27139 in moving mode and observed a speed of 40 MPH with a corresponding tone. The vehicle then caught up with slower moving eastbound traffic and began to follow the vehicle ahead of it approximately one car length behind it. I stopped the black Dodge Durango (OH-FFJ 1178) and identified the driver as Brian Craig. I advised Craig of the reasons for the stop and he stated he did not know the speed limit or feel that he was too close to the vehicle ahead of him. I issued Brian Craig a citation for Speed, (B)(2), and gave him a court date of 1/15/13 at 1645 hours.the calibration of radar unit E27139 was checked and found to be accurate at 2115 hours on 1/12/13. I estimated the vehicle to be traveling at about 40 mph. I used laser unit TS to perform a speed check and found the vehicle to be traveling as fast as 42 mph with the last check being 40 mph. I initiated a traffic stop and advised the driver, Ms. Dunn, why I had stopped her. Ms. Dunn stated that her check engine light had just come on and she was looking at that. Ms. Dunn was cited for speed.i had good tracking, no interference, and a calibration check was done at about 1530 hrs. I observed a green Mitsubishi Mirage (OH-EP16RJ) traveling in the left inside lane at a high rate of speed, observed to be well over the posted speed limit of 65 miles per hour. I pulled out and tried to catch up to the vehicle. As we entered the City, I used RADAR XE25116 in the moving same direction mode and registered speeds of 79 miles per hour and continued to accelerate up to 86 miles per hour, which I locked in at. I was unable to pace the vehicle as it continued to accelerate. As we passed over US Rt 20, I locked in the speed of 86 miles per hour and activated my overhead lights and audible siren. All other traffic began to move to the side of the road, however the driver of the Mitsubishi continued to travel at that high rate of speed. The vehicle finally pulled over near the mile post. The driver was identified as Atelia Taylor. She advised she was just going to Bowling Green. Meigs Business Park in the N drive facing E at Ft. Meigs Rd. I observed a silver sedan traveling S on Ft Meigs Rd at what appeared to be over the posted speed limit of 35 mph. I estimated the vehicle to be traveling at about 50 mph. I used laser unit TS to perform a speed check and found the vehicle to be traveling at 50 mph. I initiated a traffic stop and advised the driver, Ms. Pollex, why I had stopped her. Ms. Pollex stated she was coming from the YMCA and did not know what the speed limit was. Ms. Pollex stated she normally takes Roachton Rd to Waterville. Ms. Pollex was cited for speed.i had good tracking, no interference, and a calibration check was done at about 1600 hrs.
