During the course of my investigation, I learned MK KIRKPATRICK assaulted his wife by throwing a phone at her. The phone was broken and there was visible injury on the victims foot. MK also had 5 confirmed JP warrants. He was arrested for ACBI-FV and the warrants Davis, Lori Ann (W U, 19) VICTIM of Accident Involving Injury (C), at 800 Sunset Accident Involving Bl, Sherman, TX, on 06/13/2012, 01:05. Reported: Injury [06/13/ :45, TONYW, 110] Walden #203 On 06/13/2012 at approximately 0105 hours, Walden observed a vehicle parked on the side of the roadway. As he approached the vehicle, the driver began to drive away. Walden noticed the taillight was defective and proceeded to initiate a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle drove behind a residence and stopped. Walden made contact with the occupants and noticed the air bags had just been deployed. An ambulance was called for the passenger due to her injuries. The driver, JOSHUA CAMGO, was later arrested for Accident Involving Injury and Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence. Walden learned the victim claimed JOSHUA had been assaulting her prior to the accident. Shivers 254 On at 0315 hours, Sherman Police Dispatch received a phone call in reference to a Theft that occurred in the 200 block of E Lake St. Shivers spoke with the victim who stated the total cost of the items taken was $4,300. Shivers generated a report for Theft of Property >=$1,500<$20K Vest, Charles (W M, 54) VICTIM of Burglary Of Vehicle (C), at 1801 W College St, Burglary Of Sherman, TX, on 06/09/2012, 20:30. Reported: Vehicle [06/13/ :29, BUFFYT, 179] Todd 245 On 6/13/2012 at 0911 hours, I made telephone contact with a fe male reporting party in reference to a Burglary of Vehicle. Some time between 6/09/2012 at 2030 hours and 6/10/2012 at 1100 hours, an unknown suspect(s) removed the cover to the reporting party`s 1997 Viper Coral 20 foot fishing boat. Once the cover was removed, a trolling motor and depth finder, which were attached to the hull of the boat were taken. A report for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle was generated Society VICTIM of Information Files Only (C), at 2105 Texoma Pk, Sherman, TX, on Information Files 06/13/2012, 09:55. Reported: Only [06/13/ :29, TIMG, 42] T. Gann 134 On , Gann was dispatched to a welfare concern in the 2100 block of Texoma Pk. Gann was advised a two year old child had been left with a female at that location. The child had been left with the female by his aunt. The child was with the female for two days. The female had to go to work and could not continue to watch the child. The female was unable to contact any family to pick up the child. Gann learned the mother of the child was in jail. He was not able to make contact with any family member that could take custody of the child. Upon speaking with the complainant he stated he had received several toll bills that were linked to a car he had sold over a year ago. The driver, Bruce Degarmo Jr., had a Suspended Texas Driver License. A DL check showed that he had a previous conviction for Driving While License Invalid (DW LI). Ofc Caver placed Degarmo under arrest for DWLI with Previous Conviction. The driver of the vehicle, Andrew Brown, was operating his vehicle on a suspended license. Brown had a previous conviction of a suspended license on 01/29/09 in Sherman TX. Brown was arrested and taken to the Grayson County Jail Society VICTIM of (C), at 399 E Centennial St/s Branch St, Sherman, TX, on 06/13/2012, 20:50. Walden stopped a vehicle and the driver stated he did not have his license. A drivers license check revealed DANIEL SPENCER had a suspended drivers license, along with a previous conviction of Driving While License Invalid.
