4 There was so much going on, and the audience was really great. We were very pleased to find that many businesses are still doing their own slaughtering. We ll come back for the next SÜFFA. Many businesses, mainly smaller ones, wish to purchase everything from us, from meat to sausages. That s precisely our aim and we achieved it at SÜFFA. SÜFFA is primarily a trade fair for butchers and as such is very important for communication among market players. Overall, we were really satisfied with business. On Sunday, we were practically overrun with visitors, and the rush continued until shortly before the trade fair ended on Tuesday. It was nice to advise old customers and show them new possibilities. At the same time, we made many new contacts.
