Getting there by car Messe München is situated on the A94 motorway and can be reached by taking the exits Feldkirchen-West or Riem. Please follow the signposting of the dynamic traffic guidance system. Navigation address for the Messe München is: Am Messeturm 4, München using public transport with the subway, you ll reach the Messe München from the city centre in about 20 minutes. The subway line U2 runs every 10 minutes to the Messe München, please get off at Messestadt Ost. Tickets for public transport can be purchased at all stations from ticket machines. with German Rail Munich Central Station connects (Hauptbanhhof) with the subway line U2. Travel time is about 20 minutes. The subway line U2 runs every 10 minutes directly to the Messe München, get off at Messestadt Ost. by plane With our bus shuttle on March 6 th and 7 th, you ll arrive at Internet World or the airport with little or no stress. One of our 5 buses will run from both Internet World and the airport every 30 minutes. The bus stop is located in front of the Main Entrance East. 3

5 Hotel bookings For booking hotel rooms, we recommend the services of hotel.de Trade Fair tickets for booth staff Please register your booth staff in advance from September onwards at no charge on our Website at: /en/tickets/ Registration for a Trade Fair visit A visit to the Trade Fair is free of charge after registering at our Website. Please inform clients you wish to invite to the fair that they can register from December onwards for free at /en/tickets/ Company profiles in exhibitor directories Our Exhibitor Directory gives you the opportunity to edit your own company profile: The data required for logging in was forwarded to you in a separate . After your entries have been saved, they are published online immediately in the exhibitor directory. Internet World App The company profiles from the exhibitor directory are published in the App. Please download the App - Internet World - The E-com Fair. For IOS and Android, available from January Assembly/disassembly for exhibitors with complete stands Assembly: Exhibitors who have booked a complete stand package can access their stand on Monday, March 5 th 2018 in the morning. Dissassembly: We kindly ask all exhibitors who have booked a complete stand with us to vacate the halls on Wednesday, March 7 th 2018 at 6:00 pm at the latest in order to start the disassembly of the stands. It is not necessary to show exhibitor passes during assembly and disassembly hours. Please note that your stand must be occupied on the second day of the Trade Fair until 5:00 pm. Failure to comply will result in the event organizer exercising his right to penalize any offending exhibitors. 5

7 Delivery and pickup address for parcels and pallets The Messe München and NMG do not accept parcels or goods! If you ship your goods via Fedex, DHL etc., please make sure that you will be personally on site to accept the delivery. Alternatively, you can send your delivery to the official logistics partner of Messe München for a fee. They will store the delivery and bring it to your stand after arrival. The official logistics partner of Messe München is: Schenker Deutschland AG Messegelände, Tor München Tel: 0049 / (0) Fax: 0049 / (0) fairs.muenchen@dbschenker.com All shipments to the booth must be labeled as follows: Messe München Internet World Exhibitor name, Hall and Stand number Gate 8, Willy-Brandt-Allee München Entrance to the Fair Ground Entrance and access to the Fair for all suppliers (stand builders, couriers, etc.) for assembly and disassembly purposes must take place via Gate 8 (Willy-Brandt-Allee). A deposit of 100,00 is to be paid at the gate. Parking is limited to two hours maximum for rehicles. In cases where the 2-hour limit has been exceeded, a refund of the amount is no longer possible! Parking during assembly and duration of the fair For vehicles: Parking deck East, Willy-Brandt-Allee 11, Muenchen, every day 24 h open. The maximum height for vehicles is 2,0 m, Price: 12 per day. 7

8 Offload in front of the halls entrance via gate 8 (Willy-Brandt-Allee) 100,- must be paid in cash as a deposit at the gate. The parking time is two hours maximum for vehicles and trucks. After 120 min a refund of the amount is no longer possible! Parking for Trucks / vehicles during assembly and duration of the show / entrance via gate 13 (Paul-Henri-Spaak-Str.) Trucks and vehicles can park on the parking place P7 and P8 beside hall B6 from Saturday, March 3 th until Wednesday, March 7 th, It is a long term parking place, you can park overnight. You buy a park ticket and can enter by car as often you want. On-site payment only in cash or alternate you can order it in advance via order form 8.2. Prices Vehicles: 66,- Trucks 7,5 t: 108,- Trucks over 7,5 t: 168,- Trade Fair speakers Speakers at info arenas at the Trade Fair should register at the registration-area in the Entrance East. There you will receive your ticket and further information. Please arrive approx. 1 hour in advance of your lecture at the Info Arena where you plan to speak. The sound technician needs to check the levels of your lecture and do some fine-tuning and sound checks with microphones and headsets. Evening event Internet World Night The Internet World Night will take place on March 6 th We hope to welcome all trade fair visitors and exhibitors of Internet World and partner conferences. è Location: t.b.a. Tickets for the evening event can be purchased from December onwards for EUR 109,- (plus VAT): /en/tickets The price includes admission to the event, catering and drinks. 8

9 Off-stand advertising Distribution of promotional material beyond your Trade Fair stand is only permitted after prior bookings with the event organizer. You ll find the relevant ordering form here /eng/exhibitors/ è Registration sponsors Technical Order Forms The technical order forms for electricity, internet, water, cleaning, security, etc. are available from September onwards on our website: /eng/exhibitors/ Please consider: orders to be send directly to Messe München, see contact on order form! Cloakroom facilities Cloakroom facilities are available at Entrance East. Price per piece: 2.- Smoking in exhibition halls For the duration of the Trade Fair, smoking is forbidden in all exhibition halls. Outdoor smoking areas are clearly signposted. EXPO-GUIDE alert would like to issue a warning against a Mexican corporation with the name Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV, which has been sending EXPO Guide offer forms in recent weeks and months. Several exhibitors of orgainised trade fair events have been contacted per post fax or by Expo-Guide. Companies were presumably identified as exhibitors in official trade fair data banks and then traced. Exhibitors are then offered an entry in an online data bank listing. Expo-Guide uses a form, extremely similar to our form for catalogue entries, urging exhibitors to complete the form for entry in an online directory. As soon as exhibitors sign such a form and send it back to Expo-Guide, they are automatically bound by contract for three years and are asked to pay a considerable amount of money without any foreseeable benefits in return. We wish to warn you of such offers. has no business relationship whatsoever with the above-mentioned Mexican corporation. Should you have signed such a form mistakenly, we recommend you rescind the agreement as soon as possible or make a declaration of intention on grounds of mistake. 9
