61 Remarks All artwork, sizes and above details are subject to final confirmation and approval from MTR Corporation. Advertisers are suggested to do the on-site measurement after booking. All AEL bookings are confirmed on 1 st come 1 st served basis. The above media rate of 4-sheet, 12-sheet and 16-sheet light box is inclusive of onetime installation & dismantling. Production, installation and dismantling cost are not included and subject to a separate quotation upon request. All installation & dismantling MUST be handled by Media Production Ltd., the nominated production contractor. The landlord shall have the absolute right at any time to refuse to display or continue to display any advertisement which, in its opinion is objectionable, unsuitable, impracticable or likely to give offence, or designs that resemble safety signage. In such event the Agreement in whole or in part may be cancelled by the Company forthwith without any responsibility or liability on the part of the Company and to the extent not so cancelled the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. 62 The MTR Corporation reserves the absolute right to cancel any booking or require any advertisement to be withdrawn at anytime for whatever reason. Under this circumstance, JCDecaux Pearl & Dean Limited will endeavor to extend the advertising period for such advertisement or make a pro-rata refund of rental charges. JCDecaux Pearl & Dean Limited reserves the right at any time by not less than 6 weeks notice in writing served on the advertiser to alter the rates chargeable hereunder and any of these terms and conditions. Any such alternations shall take effect on the date specified by the Company or 6 weeks after service of written notice on the Advertiser whichever shall be the later. The Advertiser shall be entitled to cancel or terminate without any payment on any Order so altered by notice in writing served on JCDecaux Pearl & Dean Limited within 6 weeks after service of particular of the changes on the Advertiser.
