To enjoy the complimentary single local airport limousine service ( the Offer ), Hang Seng Platinum Commercial MasterCard Cardholders ( Cardholders ) are required to raise limousine booking request within one month from the date of eligible Hang Seng Platinum Commercial MasterCard ( Commercial MasterCard ) transaction with a single Commercial MasterCard receipt evidencing the purchase of air ticket, travel package, tour or overseas hotel booking of HKD3,000 or more within the Promotion Period. If such Commercial MasterCard receipt evidence cannot be presented upon booking, the Cardholders are required to the receipt to within 14 days after the limousine transfer to verify their entitlement to enjoy the offer. Failure to provide related receipt for verification, Cardholders will be charged with a normal rate HKD850 per transfer. Reservation(s) must be made at least 3 working days in advance and could be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance. 3. The same Commercial MasterCard receipt cannot be used repeatedly for redemption of any Commercial MasterCard or other Commercial Card offers during Promotion Period. Each Cardholder can maximum enjoys the Offer twice in any calendar month during the Promotion Period. The Offer is only available while stocks last. 4. Complimentary local airport limousine service covers the driver service, luggage handling, fuel, tunnel, and bridge tolls. Cardholders are required to settle additional fee, if any with their Commercial MasterCard and the charges will be billed by Aspire Lifestyles under International SOS Assistance (HK) Ltd. 5. The travelling route is subject to the discretion of limousine services providers. 6. Full payment will be charged for cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, any no-show and/or amendment of booking made with less than 8 hours in advance. 7. For request of specific vehicle type, an additional fee of HKD70 per transfer will be charged. 8. For arrival and departure pick up at Cardholders designated time, the maximum waiting period shall be 15 minutes. Subject to Cardholders consent and limousine service provider s operational availability, the waiting period can be extended from the 16 th minute onwards for an additional fee of HKD200 per hour. Less than one hour will also be counted as one hour. 9. If Cardholders choose to be picked up upon the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), the maximum waiting period shall be 75 minutes from the flight landing time. Subject to Cardholders consent and limousine service provider s operational availability, the waiting period can be extended from the 76 th minute onwards for an additional fee of HKD200 per hour. Less than one hour will also be counted as one hour. 10. A one-time complimentary meet & greet service will be provided for each airport or hotel pick up. For each meet & greet service at port / train and/or extra service at airport / hotel, HKD100 will be charged. 11. HKD100 surcharge will be levied for pick-up between 00:01 and 06: HKD100 surcharge will be levied for any en-route stopover. Definition of an en-route stop is subject to the discretion of the limousine service providers. Any en-route stopover must be requested at the time of booking. Last minute requests will not be entertained. 13. Hang Seng, MasterCard, Aspire Lifestyles and the limousine service provider shall not undertake relevant responsibility for any loss in the event of delay or loss owing to circumstances beyond the limousine service provider s control, such as typhoon, rainstorm, traffic jam, temporary political enforcement and rerouting. Base on safety reasons and/or bad weather situation, the service provider has sole discretion to suspend or refuse the Service or booking without any responsibility for any loss for passengers. Situation will include but not limiting to typhoon, rainstorm, road conditions, safety of any passenger, driver or road user, stowage of overload /oversized/irregular luggage items. 14. All scheduled Service will be suspended under the following conditions: (1) Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory and, (2) within 2 hours from the time Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled. 15. Luggage must be safely secured in a closed trunk/luggage compartment for Service to be rendered. Any booking which exceeds the maximum passenger and/or luggage capacity of the vehicle will not be accepted. As a general reference, the luggage capacity of a 4-seater sedan is 2 standard size suitcases (22'' X 12'' X 30'') and a 7-seater MVP is a total of 4 standard size suitcases. 16. Cardholders understand and accept that Hang Seng Bank Limited ( Hang Seng ), MasterCard and Aspire Lifestyles are not the direct supplier of limousine transfer services. Hang Seng, MasterCard and Aspire Lifestyles shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the services, including without limitation, the quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the limousine services providers, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the promotion of the limousine transfer or in making available the service. 17. Cardholders are required to raise limousine booking request within one month from the date of eligible Commercial Card transaction with the qualifying Commercial Card receipt evidence. 4. Cardholders are required to settle additional fee, if any, with their Commercial Card and the charges will be billed by Aspire Lifestyles under International SOS (HK) Ltd. 18. The Offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, or other products. 19. If there is any emergency matter on the day of service, Cardholder can call Aspire Lifestyles 24-hour Enquiry Hotline at (852) Hang Seng Bank Limited ( Hang Seng ), MasterCard, Aspire Lifestyles, and limousine service providers will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings. 21. Passengers shall be liable for all penalties and legal liabilities who fail to comply with the traffic regulations under the law of HKSAR, as a result of any prosecution against the drivers or the vehicles owner, such as illegal get on/ drop off at restricted zone. Passengers shall be liable to keep the vehicles intact, clean and tidy during the use of vehicle. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. 22. Hang Seng, MasterCard, Aspire Lifestyles and the limousine service provider shall not undertake relevant responsibility for any loss in the event of delay or loss owing to circumstances beyond the limousine service provider s control, such as typhoon, rainstorm, traffic jam, temporary political enforcement and rerouting. In the event of bad weather situation, such as typhoon and rainstorm, the limousine service provider has sole discretion to suspend limousine service without any responsibility for any loss for passengers from the service suspension. 23. Any injury or death caused by any accident will be covered by the third party motor vehicle insurance policy under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Hang Seng, MasterCard and Aspire Lifestyles will not assume any responsibility for any liability or damages as a result of using the services. 24. Hang Seng, MasterCard and Aspire Lifestyles reserve the right to amend, change or cancel any details or information concerning the offer or these terms and conditions without prior notice and have the final decision in case of any dispute. 25. Cardholders understand and accept that Hang Seng, MasterCard and Aspire Lifestyles are not the direct supplier of airport limousine service. The Offer is available to valid Hang Seng Platinum Commercial MasterCard ( Commercial Card ). 3. To qualify for the Offer, an Authorised Cardholder ( Cardholder ) has to make a purchase transaction of at least HKD1,500 with Commercial Card receipt evidence in a single transaction for any air ticket, travel package, tour or overseas hotel booking using his/her Commercial Card during the Promotion Period (a Qualifying Commercial Card Cardholder ). 4. Qualifying Commercial Card Cardholders are required to raise Airport Express Single Journey Ticket redemption request within one month from the date of eligible Commercial Card transaction with qualifying Commercial Card receipt evidence. Qualifying Commercial Cardholder is required to complete the Airport Express Single Journey Ticket Voucher Redemption Form and present the qualifying Commercial Card receipt evidence via the designated Redemption Method operated by Aspire Lifestyles at least 4 working days prior to the intended day of receiving the Airport Express Single Journey Ticket voucher.
