Initial Spares ($ in Millions) Continuing Continuing Flyaway ($ in Millions) Continuing Continuing Gross/Weapon System ($ in Millions) Description: The Precision Strike Package (PSP) for Special Operations Forces (SOF) funds the procurement and installation of the PSP onto various SOF platforms and training devices to provide a close air support, air interdiction and armed reconnaissance capability including sensors, communications systems, precision guided munition systems, and gun systems. The recapitalization of the AC-130H, AC-130W, and AC-130U aircraft will be accomplished by installing PSP kits onto MC-130J donor aircraft. The lease for the facility that performs this recapitalization is funded within the PSP P1 Line item. The PSP kit is modular, scalable, and platform agnostic.
