1 WELCOME INVITATION We are delighted to invite companies to attend the CAMBRIDGE CONFERENCE ON BREAST CANCER IMAGING which will be held in Cambridge from Monday 22 nd Tuesday 23 rd June This conference is held biennually and this year we have tailored the programme to include topics requested in the feedback we received at the last conference. We are fortunate to have world renowned experts in the field of breast imaging covering a wide range of highly topical issues, and as in previous years there will be an emphasis on interactive and inter-disciplinary discussion which we hope will be lively and thought provoking. It was founded with a donation by the entrepreneur and philanthropist Sir David Robinson and formally opened in It now has 80 Fellows, and around 400 undergraduate and 100 graduate students. The red-brick main block houses the majority of the undergraduates, library, chapel and excellent dining and conferencing facilities. In addition there are a number of older houses dating back to the 1890's, converted for college use and new accommodation blocks. The whole site centres around a large tranquil garden and lake. Travelling to Cambridge Cambridge is situated in the heart of the East of England, 60 miles north of London. Excellent road and rail links ensure the city is accessible from all parts of the UK (London is just over an hour away by train, London Stansted Airport (served by EasyJet and Ryanair) is 30 miles south of the city, with easy access by train, car or coach (National Express Coaches, which also serves Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, Robinson College is situated in the centre of Cambridge, approximately 10 minutes by taxi from the main railway station and the bus station (terminus for the airport coaches). The sponsorship items detailed below are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All rates quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged where applicable at the prevailing rate. DELEGATE BAGS Bags (if sponsored) will be given to every registered delegates, invited speakers, organising committee members and exhibitors at the conference. Bags will contain the Final Programme and Abstract Book, pad, pen, tourist information/guides and other relevant information. It will contain the full scientific programme and abstracts, together with a list of all sponsors and exhibitors. Sponsorship Benefit: A full colour advertisement printed on the outside back cover of the A4 booklet Sponsorship is on a sole-sponsor basis. 1, VAT RECEPTION Sponsorship of the Drinks Reception, which will be held prior to the Conference Dinner on Monday 22 nd June, will allow the sponsor to have their name prominently displayed during the Reception on signage and on the tables. The company name will also be acknowledged in the Final Programme VAT DELEGATE PENS Delegate bags will be given to every registered delegate and speaker and will include a pen. 6 EXHIBITION A Trade Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the Conference and the Organisers invite the participation of companies with an interest in breast cancer imaging. The Exhibition will be housed in the Robinson College Main Dining Hall. SET UP WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE AFTERNOON OF SUNDAY 21 ST JUNE. All tea/coffee breaks will be held in the Exhibition Area, together with the Drinks Reception and Conference Dinner on Monday evening. Lunch on both days will be held in the College Restaurant.
