2 A warm and festive welcome to our December auction. We continue to buck the trend in sales and have a bumper catalogue for you with our usual eclectic mix of lots throughout Sussex and Surrey. Starting in Brighton we have two residential investments, a freehold shop in the North Laines and a car park in the city centre.
