2 Dear Sirs and Madams, We are pleased to announce that the Rubber & Elastomer Technical Exhibition will be held as a joint event of the IRC2016 (International Rubber Conference 2016 Kitakyushu) at West Japan General Exhibition Center in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka for four days, from Tuesday, October 25 to Friday, October 28, The International Rubber Conference and the Rubber & Elastomer Technical Exhibition has been annually held in many countries to promote international exchange for achieving advance and development of science technologies through discussion and communication among professionals involved in the rubber and elastomer field from all over the world. This is the fifth time conference and exhibition held in Japan following Tokyo in 1975, Kyoto in 1985, Kobe in 1995, and Yokohama in 2005, and it has been 11 years since the IRC2005 Yokohama. The Rubber & Elastomer Technical Exhibition held in Yokohama in 2005 was a great success and had more than 4,500 visitors in total. The International Rubber Conference and its exhibition must be one of the largest events on rubber and elastomer fields in the world, and there is no doubt that they will be a perfect opportunity for you to promote your science, technologies, and products globally. The Rubber & Elastomer Technical Exhibition in 2016 will be held under the theme Sustainable Technology Innovation for Tomorrow to hope that our rich global environment will be sustained in the future and that products and technologies of rubber and elastomer can contribute to the bright future for all of you in the world. Kitakyushu, the venue of this exhibition, is a port city that has been developed as the largest heavy industrial district in the Kyushu region, and it has a lot of factories to manufacture automobiles and tires, etc. in its vicinity. We believe Kitakyushu is the most suitable place to discuss the future of rubber and elastomer industry and you can enjoy this very attractive city that has a lot of scenic spots and historical architectures. In addition, since Kitakyushu city is relatively close to Korea and China and it plays a role as a west gate of Japan, a lot of foreign visitors from Asia and other countries are expected. Finally, we would like to ask your kind support for the success of International Rubber Conference 2016 to share fruitful results with you. ( irc2016@jtbcom.co.jp / Fax: ) After confirming your application, we will send you the reply. After confirming your application, we will send you an invoice to the address written on the application form submitted. Please finish payment by the due date written on the invoice. Please kindly bear the bank remitting charges concerned with yourself. Unless the payment can be confirmed until June 30, the organizer cannot pass booth space to the exhibitor. Cancellation In principle, cancellation of applications (including changing number of booths) cannot be accepted after application. Only when the organizer deems it unavoidable, the cancellation will be accepted. In such cases, the following penalties will be incurred based on the date written notice of cancellation is received. Other equipment listed above is a subject to charge additional fee. * Exhibitors are requested to manage reception desk, seminar program within the time slot and distribution of handouts to the audience (if handouts are necessary). * Exhibitor Seminars must be free of charge, and you cannot collect admission fee from audience. * Language used for presentation can be either English or Japanese, but no simultaneous interpretation service will be provided. * Exhibitor Seminar room surrounded with system panels will be located in the exhibition hall. Since the seminar room has no roof due to the Fire Services Act, the sound from exhibition area cannot be cut out. How to apply Application for exhibitor seminars will be accepted on "First come, First served" basis. Please write your preference of the seminar schedule on the application form. After receiving your application, the Secretariat will send you the confirmation.
