WG2 will be meeting starting at 9:00 am Tuesday, 9 March 1999 and conclude on Monday, 15 March Please note that SC2/WG3 will NOT be meeting in March This first call for WG2 meeting # 36 includes a preliminary agenda. It will be broadcast by and posted to the SC2/WG2 website at URL: The documents that were distributed at the last WG2 meeting were mailed in October 1998 to those who did not attend meeting #35 in :London. If someone would like to receive a copy of what was distributed during the last meeting, please let me know. The next SC2/WG2 mailing will be sent to the updated WG2 distribution list by mid January. To reach Haneda Airport by ground transportation, use of a Keihin-kyuko line train is the most recommended. It goes directly to Haneda Airport from Narita Airport. c) A bullet train named Tokaido Shinkansen is also available from Tokyo to. It will take approximately six hours. PASSPORT, VISA and VACCINATION Participants are advised to check regulations regarding passport, visa and vaccination and particularly regarding length of notice for obtaining a visa, if required, with their travel agency.
