6 II II.1 TRAVEL Visa Requirement Upon receipt of the names of participants and their passport details, we will forward the information to participants of the seminar how to make their own visa arrangements with a local Mongolian Embassy or Consulate prior to their arrival. Therefore, we are kindly request each participant to send us copy or scanned copy of his/her passport. II.2 Travel arrangements Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. The most direct ways from Asia and the Pacific to Ulaanbaatar are via Beijing, Seoul, and Narita, Berlin and Moscow with Mongolian Airlines. 7 IV.2 Weather Mongolia is known to the world as country of "Blue Sky". Along with Southern Siberia this part of Asia has a continental climate, with long, cold, dry winters and brief, mild, and relatively not wet summers. During the September average air temperature reaches around degrees Celsius in a day time and 0-5 degrees Celsius in a night time. In most years, there are many long and sunny days in autumn.
