3 The 1st Asian Congress of Medical and Care Facilities Welcome Address The 1st Asian Congress of Medical and Care Facilities will be held over two days, March 13-14, 2010, at the Kyoto International Conference Center. This is the first international congress in the field of post-acute care. The theme of the congress is Advanced post-acute medicine and the actual and future situation of post-acute medicine.
