Please do not start any fire (smoking, lighting candle,...) in room. Please be careful not to press the FIRE ALARM in the hallway. This will cause trouble for us, the neighbors, and Osaka Fire Department and Police. Please don t bother the Cafe Staff downstairs for how to check-in or any problem, they DON T have any relation with us. Please DON T put any trash at the Entrance. There is no daily cleaning or towel renewal. There is no Front Desk or Regular Staff at the building, this is a Self check-in service. 28 How to Get key YOUR ROOM NUMBER Your Room Number 1 Please climb the stairs and go to Your Room. Please check Your Room Number in the / message we sent you. 2 Check the number plate which written with Your Room Number on the upper right or upper left corner of the door.

29 How to Get key Your Room Number 3 Check the small door (Gas Meter Place) next to your Room door. There is a number plate with your room number on it as well. 4 Please open the small door, The KEY BOX inside there.

30 How to Get key 5 Please press the button to open the door. 6 This is the KEY BOX. Please use the key box password which we sent you before to open it.

31 How to Get key How to use key box. Please enter KEY BOX PASSWORD which we sent by or message and take the KEY inside.

32 How to Check Out When you check out, please lock the door, put the key back in the KEY BOX and return it to the original place

33 How to Check Out Please confirm your checkout date and checkout on time at 10AM Please make sure you don t forget anything in the room. Please be careful not to take our properties, especially the Room Key and Pocket Wi-Fi back home after checkout by mistake. (The delivery fee for Pocket Wi-Fi might be over 100USD) Compensation for losing or damage Pocket Wi-Fi is 30,000 JPY Compensation for losing Key is 10,000JPY (changing new door lock & making new keys fee)
