Congress Registration Registration is from 8:00am to 11:30 on 8 November 2014 (Saturday) at YOKOI Hall, Basement of NODAI Academia Center, Tokyo University of Agriculture. From 12:00nn onwards on 8 November 2014, registration is at Room 441 Building 1. Scientific Presentation & Poster Session The allotted time for each oral presention is 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A). Kindly submit your Powerpoint presentation (in PDF file) to issaas14@nodai.ac.jp in advance. Set-up for poster session is from 12:00nn on 8 November 2014 at Rooms , Building 1.

Currency Exchange Currency exchange is not possible at ISSAAS International Congress Venue. You are kindly requested to have your money converted to YEN at the airport. In case you need to change money during the congress, you have to travel to Shibuya Station, which will take a lot of your time (one way: minutes away by bus) and incur unnecessary travel cost (one-way: Adult 220 yen; Child 6 yrs old and above 110 yen). Access to the Conference venue (Tokyo NODAI, Setagaya Campus) From Narita Airport 成田空港 Kindly take the Limousine Bus to Tokyo City Airport Terminal (TCAT) ( After your arrival at TCAT, please proceed to Suitengumae Station of Hanzomon Line (Subway), located at the basement of TCAT building. 半蔵門線水天宮前駅 For those who will stay in the campus or wish to go to the campus Buy a train ticket up to Sangenjaya Station of Denentoshi Line and take the train at platform #2. 田園都市線三軒茶屋 *Although the name of the train line will change at Shibuya Station, Hanzomon line and Denentoshi line share the same train line and are directly connected. So you do not need to get off at Shibuya Station and change trains. If you take the local train, Sangenjaya is the second stop after Shibuya Station. If you take the express train, Sangenjaya is the first stop after Shibuya. 3, As soon as you get out of Sangenjaya Station, Tokyo NODAI students will be at the ticket counter area to assist you. To go to the university, you will be given two (2) choices: 1. Get on the local bus from Sangenjaya Bus Stop and get off at Nodai Mae. 2. Grab a taxi For those who will stay at Tokyu Stay Yoga and wish to go directly to the hotel Buy a train ticket up to Yoga Station of Denentoshi Line and take the train at platform #2. Express trains do not stop at Yoga Station so please take the local train. Yoga is the 4th station after Shibuya Station. From Sangenjaya Bus 220 *Pay as you ride Taxi 1, Tokyu Stay Yoga is located at the North Exit of Yoga Station (with Elevator/Escalator) Notes:* It is not advisable to take a taxi from Narita Airport since it costs at least 20,000 yen. ** Limousine bus to Shibuya Station (Shibuya Excel Hotel Bus stop) is also available. However, you may have difficulty to find the Tokyu Bus Stop. Moreover, there will be no Tokyo NODAI students to assist you.

You are kindly requested to check-in as a group (if applicable) and pay the total bill per room in yen upon check in. Only those who have confirmed room reservation will be able to check-in. There will be no provision for on-site room reservation. For those who will stay at the Tokyu Stay Yoga, you may directly proceed to the hotel and check-in.
