12 Invitation to Welcome/Farewell Reception You are invited to the Welcome Reception on September 28, Sunday and Farewell Reception on September 30, Tuesday. Participants except officially invited attendants are supposed to pay 2,500 yen (500yen if students) to join the reception. The welcome reception will be held at the restaurant, called Tsukuba Demi, the first floor of University Hall A bldg. They start serving drinks at 17:30 and impressive drumming performance starts at 18:15 on September 28, Sunday. All invited person can attend our reception. Shuttle buses take you to Okura Hotel after the reception.(see p.3) The farewell reception party will also be held at the same place on September 30, Tuesday. The door opens at 17:30 and the party will officially start at 18:30 with the President s speech.
