2 JCI Kagoshima JCI ASPAC Kagoshima Conference Organizing Committee 1 Qualification Requirements 1 Companies or organizations that exhibit products which fulfill the purposes of this trade show, to take place from May 25 (Fri) to May 27 (Sun), Exhibits prohibited by Japanese laws will not be accepted, including those by organized crime groups and gang members, and will be forcibly removed if necessary. 2 Event Period and Location <Period> Trade Show Opening Ceremony:May 25 (Fri), PM~ Trade Show Period:May 25 (Fri) ~ May 27 (Sun), th (Fri)12:30 PM - 6:30 PM 26th(Sat)10:00 AM - 5:00 PM 27th (Sun)10:00 AM -1:00 PM Set-up, preparation May 25 (Fri) 8:00 11:00 AM

3 Clean-up, removal May 27 (Sun) 1:00 3:00 PM <Location> Hotel Shiroyama Kagoshima, 4 th Floor, Emerald Hall Lobby 3 Exhibition Permission Please fill out the separate Exhibition Application Form, attach one or two color photos of the products to be exhibited, and submit it to the Secretariat by mail, , or in-person. Companies and organizations will be approved by the organizer after review of the submitted documents. Please be aware that in the case of a large number of applications, the organizer will select based on a limited number of available spaces. 4 Application By mail or JCI ASPAC Kagoshima Conference Organizing Committee Secretariat c/o Hotel Shiroyama Kagoshima (5F) 41-1 Shinshoin-cho, Kagoshima Japan office@kagoshimajc.or.jp 5 Exhibition Fees and Booth Details <Exhibition Fee> $1,200 (USD) per booth Once paid, exhibition fees cannot be returned.

4 Booth size(approx. 2.0m D 3.0m W 2.5m H) Two electrical sockets per booth: up to 15A, 100V, Type A plug (two vertical slots) (Electric kettle/microwave oven: Up to one. Please contact us about more.) One long table and two folding chairs will be prepared per booth. 6 Application Period Applications received between March 1 (Thu) and 4:00 PM on April 10 (Tue), 2018 will be considered. If the number of applications reaches capacity, no further submissions will be accepted. 7 Notification of Approval All applicants will be notified of their application results by , no later than April 16 (Mon), Successful applicants will also be sent an invoice. Transfer payment deadline:by April 25 (Wed), Exhibition Booth Placements The Conference Organizing Committee will decide the arrangement of the booths after considering the types of products at each booth.

5 9 Use of Name and Photos Please understand that the name and photos provided on the application will be used by the organizer. (Information will not be used outside of the purposes of this exhibition.) 10 Other 1 Cooking on-site (stir-fry, grilling, stewing, frying) is not allowed. 2 The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters or acts of God. 3 The event hours may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances. 4 In the case that exhibitors wish to offer products or articles for sale (including sample items) or services for a fee, please contact the Secretariat beforehand to reach an agreement that must be strictly adhered to. The organizer and Secretariat shall not be involved with any monetary transactions that arise. 5 Please limit the distribution of descriptive materials, product samples, etc. to the area of each booth. 6 Exhibitors that disrupt or hinder venue management may be restricted or prohibited from the event. 7 The organizer and Secretariat shall not be liable for any costs of exhibition materials associated with loss, theft, damages, transportation accidents, careless handling by participants, acts of God, etc.

6 8 The organizer and Secretariat shall bear no responsibility in the case of dispute, litigation, formal complaints, or other problems that occur during the exhibition, and exhibitors shall resolve such problems at their own expense and responsibility. 9 By principle, cancellation of intent to exhibit will not be accepted after payment of the exhibition fee has been received. 10 Exhibitors with ties to gang organizations, organized crime groups, or related persons, will be refused entry or forcibly removed as per Japanese law.
