Exhibitor Move In: Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017, 11am-6pm Exhibitor Move Out: Thursday, May 4th, 2017 at 6pm* Registration: Wednesday, May 3rd, 2016 will be open from 2:00pm-5:00pm for all exhibitor passes Exhibit Hall Hours: Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 11am-6pm * Please note that breaking down before 6pm on Thursday, May 4th is strictly prohibited. For all onsite questions or concerns pertaining to your booth, please contact Expo Help Desk; they are located at booth 142. Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center Thursday, May 4 th, 2017 I have read and been informed about the rules, regulations and policies of the show. I understand that the event is taking place at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center on Thursday, May 4 th, I understand that exhibitor move-in is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3 rd, 2017 from 11am-6pm and I must be set up by the time the show is open to attendees on Thursday, May 4 th by 11:00am. I understand that exhibitor move-out is scheduled for May 4 th from the close of the show at 6pm. I understand that I am prohibited to breakdown my booth prior to 6pm on the day of the show. I understand that I am responsible for ordering all utilities, carpet, electric and/or labor fees that I may incur while on site during the show and that I am fully responsible for the set-up, security of items and care taking of my booth at the event. I understand that I am responsible for all additional rentals that are not included in the booth package. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining a Certificate of Insurance naming BizBash Media, Expo CCI, and Greater Ft. Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center as the certificate holders. I have reviewed all sections of the exhibitor kit and I fully understand them. If I should have any questions, I will reach out to Alexis Fritchy, Events Manager. 3 Exhibitor Check List Attention Exhibitors! Please use this checklist as a guide as you prepare to exhibit at BizBash Live Florida Please note that no booth will be allowed to build over the 8 ft backdrop without written approval from a member of the BizBash team. Submit a Certificate of Insurance listing BizBash Media, Expo Convention Contractors and Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center as additionally insured. Please submit by Friday, April 14th to Alexis Fritchy. Submit the Food and Drink Sampling forms via s to FLCC Catering Department to the attention of Tom Magaddino by April 1st. Register your booth staff for the show to see all event invitations Please note, each 10x10 Booth received 4 booth staff passes. For additional passes, contact Alexis Fritchy. Pre-ship your booth materials for advanced shipping discounts by listed deadlines. * Order electricity for your booth OPTIONAL Order carpet for your booth OPTIONAL (Please note Exhibit Hall is carpeted) Order Internet for your booth if needed OPTIONAL Order a lead retrieval system for your booth from Boomset OPTIONAL Order furnishing and/or design and décor elements for your booth OPTIONAL Order additional A/V equipment for your booth (i.e. monitor, etc.)

6 Rules and Regulations Booth Contact Person If you are not the point person who will handle the details of your company s participation at the show, please afritchy@bizbash.com with the onsite person s proper contact information. It is imperative that your company receives all communication from BizBash regarding the show in advance to avoid any last minute problems that may arise. Booth Display Policy To ensure sightlines, no booth element within 5 feet of the aisle may be built above 3 feet in height and no higher than 8ft tall without show management approval. By signing the contract for your booth, you have agreed to keep your booth assembled until the show is officially over. Booth Relocation If you have signed a contract for a specific booth and you decide to change the location of the booth, you must fill out a Booth Relocation form and pay a $750 fee to BizBash Media. All booth relocation requests must be approved by BizBash Media. Carpet/Floor Covering You are not required to cover the floor of your booth, although flooring is suggested to complete the look of your booth. Refer to the exhibitor manual for flooring options. Please note Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center Exhibit hall is carpeted. Floor plan All booths are floor plans are subject to revision or relocated due to venue or local fire department authority. Insurance Your agreement to exhibit at BizBash Live Florida includes an insurance requirement. You will need to contact your insurance carrier to list BizBash, Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center and Expo Contractors as additionally insured on your current policy. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your contract for further details. Please or fax a copy of your certificate to BizBash at afritchy@bizbash.com or no later than April 10th, If you do not have insurance, please refer to Rain Protection for temporary event insurance located in this kit. Minors Due to liability issues, no children under the age of 21 will be allowed on the show floor. No exceptions will be made. Payment for your Booth A 50% deposit is due upon signing of your contract. No refunds or credits of deposits will be given on cancellations. You will be invoiced for the final balance. If the balance is not received on or before the due date, your booth can be released at BizBash s discretion. Responsibility for Security The responsibility of security for each exhibit is that of the exhibitor. BizBash Media will provide crowd-control for admittance security. BizBash Media or the event venue will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits or exhibits contents against theft, fire, loss, accident or damage from any other cause, or for accidents to exhibitors, their employees or any other person in or about said premises, except where caused by sole negligence or misconduct on the part of BizBash or the event venue. Exhibitors are encouraged to budget and make security arrangements for sensitive or valuable items. Electrical, Internet, and Telephone Connections Electrical, Internet and telephone connections for your booth are your responsibility and are available for an additional fee. Details are in the exhibitor services manual.
