1 EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES ABIC CORK 2008 A comprehensive trade show and exhibition will run concurrently with the conference. Exhibiting is a must for any company within the industry to increase awareness amongst the participants. The Exhibition will showcase the latest development, products, and technology available. All refreshment breaks and the majority of catering will be held in the Exhibition hall. This years venue will be the located over 2 floors, with single and double stands available for purchase. Single Exhibition Stand 2, each Dimensions 3m x 2m White fascia background boarding (see the options A, B & C as well as the floorplans) 2 x 13 amp sockets and 2 lighting spots Carpeted floor space 1 x Front facing stand sign in black and white text, 1x Bus Stop sign with name printed front and back 1 Complimentary attendee registration full conference access this booking must be made by 27 th of June Complimentary exhibitor registration for the exhibition stand personnel this allows access to all the refreshment and lunch breaks as well as full access to the exhibition area. Note that this registration does not include access to conference sessions. Listing on the conference website as an exhibitor Logo and listing in the conference brochure Stand Type A This stand is an L Shaped stand and is accessible on 2 sides. Stand Type B This stand only has the backing board and is accessible on 3 sides. Stand Type C This is a U Shaped stand and is accessible at the front only.

Altered Exhibit Floor Plans Conference management reserves the right to alter common areas and exhibit floor plan at any time, without prior notification or approval. Management also reserves the right to re locate any exhibitor in the floor plan space and will advise the exhibitor of such changes prior to the event. Exhibit Restrictions Note that any exhibitors wishing to use audiovisual equipment with sound must approve this with the booking desk. Note that conference management reserves the right to adjust the sound levels accordingly as not to interfere with the general operation within the event space. Backdrops/ signage must be affixed to the stands using self adhesive materials. Any damages to the boarding will be invoiced to the exhibitor. Note that any exhibitors items must remain within their assigned floor space and items will be removed due to health and safety. Additional Exhibition Items If you require additional items such as plants, display stands, brochure racks, plasma screens etc please contact the conference desk for the relevant additional costs. Conference Management reserves the right to re locate displays that restrict visibility to other displays. The Floor plans to follow indicate the stand numbers, floor level of exhibition~ U=1 st Floor and D=Ground floor, and the booth type( look for the letter A,B or C in the corner)
