The hotel is located in downtown. Enclosed, you will find all of the necessary registration forms and event details for you to complete and return. Please take a few moments to schedule this year s event into your calendars and book your rooms early. We have a fun and exciting weekend planned for your visit to Indy. This is a great opportunity to unwind, visit with old friends, and make new ones. Fun Night will be a blast!! As always there will be lots of great food and shopping for you to enjoy. 2 GENERAL INFORMATION PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT DEADLINE August 15, 2017 (See enclosed Program Advertising Order Form for details) LADIES REGISTRATION DEADLINE August 15, 2017 Cancellation is September 7, 2017 (21 days prior to September 28, 2017). All cancellations must be in writing (not ) and are subject to a $5.00 handling fee. Please remember to bring your 2017 dues card. DO NOT LAMINATE. Registration will be In the Foyer on the lower level of the hotel at the bottom of the escalator. There will be greeters to direct you to the proper place. MEN S REGISTRATION DEADLINE August 15, 2017 See the enclosed registration form. Men s Registration includes access to the men s hospitality room, as well as the Saturday Night Banquet. A planned Friday event is also included on the registration form. FUN NIGHT DEADLINE August 15, 2017 Join us on Friday, September 29 th for an evening of fun and excitement! Dress in your favorite Luau attire. HOUSING DEADLINE August 29, 2017 See the enclosed Reservation Form. Reservations can be made with the hotel or online. FLORIST We have included an information sheet for ordering flowers. Flowers will be delivered to the Hotel. PARKING The hotel is providing discounted $10.00 per day Wahine Hau oli (Happiness) Marketplace The Marketplace will be located in Circle Suites which is on the lower level of the hotel at the bottom of the escalator. We have several vendors coming to this year s Marketplace for your shopping pleasure. Wahine Hau oli Marketplace will be open Thursday 11:00 Am 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am Noon BUSINESS MEETING The Business Meeting will be held on Friday from 1:00 pm 3:30 pm in Meridian East located on the lower level of the hotel at the bottom of the escalator. You MUST have either your GLUM Name Badge or your current dues card with the GLUM stamp affixed. Either a dress, skirt or dress slacks are required for this meeting. No jeans or capris. Fez is requested. UNIT DRAWING FOR EXHIBITION DRILLS The drawing will be held immediately following the Business Meeting. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations for drawing procedures. This procedure will be strictly followed. Banquet SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2017 (Included with registration) Social Hour is at 6:00 pm and Dinner begins at 7:00 pm. This year s event will be held in Meridian East on the lower level of the hotel at the bottom of the escalator. Dress is semi-formal/business attire. No fez EXHIBITION DRILLS, CHANGING ROOM & PHOTOGRAPHER The drills can be practiced in Meridian East which is located on the lower level of the hotel at the bottom of the escalator. Drill practices will begin at 8:00 am on Saturday, September 30, Those who are being introduced and their escorts will need to be lined up at 11:15 am as the introductions will begin promptly at 11:30 am. Performances will begin immediately following introductions. Registration Badges will be checked prior to performance. A photographer will be present for Unit Photographs.

(A) Registration fee shall be specified by Hostess Units. All members MUST pre-register. All pre-registrations postmarked after the deadline are subject to a $10.00 non-refundable late charge. $2.00 of each registration fee is to be sent to Grand Council. (B) Any Unit or attendee requesting a receipt must include a self-addressed stamped envelope with their pre-registration payment. (C) Non-members and guest of members shall not be required to pay a registration fee. They will not be able to attend the Lady Gladys Abbott meeting or GLUM Business Meeting; however, they may attend all other social functions and pay the appropriate charge as set by the Hostess Court. This regulation does not apply to LOSNA members who must register to attend any and all functions at a Great Lakes Unit Meet. The Hostess Court will provide a name badge to visitors, distinguishable from the name badges provided to members. ARTICLE VII CANCELLATIONS, (A) and (B). (A) All cancellations not received twenty-one (21) days prior to the Unit Meet will forfeit registration fee. All cancellations are subject to a $5.00 handling fee. (B) In the event of the death of a Past Grand High Priestess, Grand Officer, or High Priestess of registrant s home Court, cancellations will be accepted during the twenty-one (21) day period prior to the Meet. Half of the registration fee will be refunded.
