Willis, Worthy Patron August 7, 2018 To the Worthy Matrons, Worthy Patrons, Officers and Members of Subordinate Chapters, all Grand Officers, Present and past, Amaranth Grand Chapter, Inc., OES, PHA, Worshipful Masters, Wardens and Brethren, all Grand Officers, Present and Past, Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, all Concordant and Appendant Bodies Greetings: The Officers and Members of May Chapter No. 62 & the Third OES District cordially invite you to join us in a weekend celebration honoring the 43 rd Grand Worthy Matron of Amaranth Grand Chapter Inc., OES, PHA, State of Ohio, Sister Renae Willis, Blessed and Highly Favored. A recognition banquet will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Doubletree by Hilton, 175 Hutchinson Ave, Columbus, Oh at 6:30pm. Weekend activities will begin however on Friday November 2, 2018 at 7:00pm. A full agenda will be available upon arrival. Ticket donation is $65.00 per person. Enclosed are ticket numbers and. Additional tickets may be purchased upon request. Please return the meal request form with your ticket payment. Please make checks payable to May Chapter No. 62 and mail to our Ticket Chairperson, Sister Carmen M. Willis PM, 1923 Teakwood Dr, Mansfield, Oh , ph The deadline for ticket purchase is October 13, All tickets must be exchanged for a meal ticket and a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all activities and banquet meal tickets will be collected at the door. The ticket exchange will be open Friday November 2 nd, 5:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday November 3 rd, 10:00am-1:00pm and 4:00pm-7:00pm. Tickets will not be sold at the door and no dinners will be served after 8:00pm.
