3 Lyndhurst Home Days 2018 Booth Information It s that time again!!! It s time to get things underway for the 2018 Home Days Celebration. Welcome back to those of you returning and welcome to our newcomers we are glad to have you all participating!!! The dates of the event are Friday, September 7 th, Saturday, September 8th and Sunday, September 9 th. We plan to be open Friday from 5:00 pm 10:00 pm, Saturday from 12NOON 10:30 pm and Sunday from 1:00 pm (immediately following the parade) 9:30 pm. The parade will be held Sunday beginning at 12:00 NOON. We estimate the booth sizes to be 10 x10. You may provide your own canopy or Entertainment Enterprises can provide you with a tent that size. You can call them to order at They put the tent up and take it down after the event. There is a rental fee they require for the tent. We have also seen great 10x10 tents at both Target and Dick s for nominal prices of about $ This is similar to the fee Rental charges and is only a one-time expense. The choice is yours. Tents make a big difference in bad weather. We require that you provide all the necessary extension cords and hoses that may be needed to operate your booth. It is imperative that you be very specific about your electrical/water requirements when completing the attached form. We will not be held responsible for needs that were not requested. Set up will take place Thursday evening and Friday before 3:00 pm. It is critical that booths be ready to go on Friday at 4:30 pm. If this is a problem, you will need to notify us of that prior to the weekend. All booths are assigned based on a priority of returning vendors and then on a first come, first served basis. The key is to return your registration quickly. We try very hard to keep things unique. If you are new to our event and concerned about possible duplication, please contact a committee member below. We try to be reasonable in all our accommodations. Attached you will find our registration form as well as our booth regulations. Should you have any questions, please call a committee member listed below. After completing your registration, please return it with your check made payable to Lyndhurst Home days to: Lyndhurst Home Days C/0 Jeff Price - Booths & Concessions 5301 Mayfield Road Lyndhurst, Oh PLEASE REMEMBER: All registrations must be received prior to August 23, 2018 to guarantee spot THIS IS OUR CITY S 93 rd Home Day JOIN THE CELEBRATION!
