The WGM would appreciate a copy of your report at least seven (7) days before the Session. GENERAL INFORMATION Registration Fee is $10.00 (US or CANADIAN) for all members attending Grand Chapter. All Breakfast, Luncheon and Banquet Tickets shall be paid in advance. There will no refunds. Please note any guests at any meal must complete the meal reservation form. NOTE: To our American friends: Canadian funds is preferred, however we will accept personal cheques from any US bank at PAR discounted cheques will be returned. A current dues card will be required from visiting members as well as our own New Brunswick members. All members may PRE-REGISTER for Grand Chapter. Forms will be in the possession of all Chapter Secretaries as well as available on our website. All Distinguished Guests to be introduced must register with the Credential Committee prior to introductions. Junior Past Matrons of N.B. are asked to wear an evening gown for the Informal Opening on Thursday evening & all Grand Representatives are asked to wear evening gowns for the Formations & Drills on Thursday Evening. New Brunswick Grand Officers, attendants and Committee Members who are unable to attend the sessions are requested to notify the Worthy Grand Matron at least ten (10) days before Grand Chapter.
