Moulton PO Box 37 Lovell, Maine Format: Procedure: Tournament will be played as a 4-person scramble. If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others. A team consists of four players in the same group. On each hold each player drives and the best tee shot is selected by the team. Each member then plays a second shot from the spot where the selected tee shot lies and the best second shot is then selected in a similar manner. This process is repeated unit the hold is completed. Cancelation Policy: 1. If golf tournament is canceled due to weather or other events, player will receive a full refund 2. If player cancels, 48-hour notice is required to receive 50% refund of entry fee 3. If player is a no-show, entry fee is non-refundable. 8 The Town of Fryeburg Settled Incorporated 1777 Fire Department/ Emergency Management Agency 16 Lovewell Pond Road Fryeburg, Maine telephone fryefire@fryeburgmaine.org Welcome Campers, Summer 2019 As Fire Chief/ Emergency Management Director and Fire Warden for the Town of Fryeburg I was asked by the fair officials to address some issues that have come up in the camping areas at the fairgrounds. 1) E-Z Ups & Portable Garages may be used but they cannot have sides and you may not put tarps up as sides. Tarps may be used as awnings (with approval of the Campground Director) but they may not be hooked camper to camper. Also, campers may not be parked so they are awning to awning as this doesn t allow for safe exit from the campers in case of a fire. 2) Second is the use of portable heaters; any heater must not produce an open flame and must not be in use when no one is present to attend them. 3) NO CAMP FIRES ARE ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE FAIRGROUNDS and please when using BBQ grills be sure you use extreme caution and have a good clearance from any camper. 4) ALL propane tanks MUST be secured when standing upright in camping areas. 5) NO FIREWORKS or CONSUMER FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND are allowed on fair grounds. 6) Sky Lanterns / Chinese Lanterns or any type of balloon or lanterns that are propelled by a flame are BANNED in the State of Maine per Maine Statute Title 8, Chapter 9-A, Section 222(1). Remember everyone is here to have a good time and I am charged with making it as safe as possible, for all attending the fair so please abide by these rules to keep everyone safe. By signing your receipt as a camper here on the Fairgrounds, you are agreeing to the above listed camping rules.
