If you would like to reserve space for these tours, please complete the enclosed reservation form and it to or Mail it to the address stated on the form, or Fax the form to (925) , or Call us at (925) to reserve over the phone Please remember to enclose appropriate payment with your form. We accept all major credit cards and checks. If you would like a payment receipt, please provide your address on the reservation form. TICKET PICK-UP: CANCELLATIONS: You will pick up your tour tickets at the Symposia Medicus conference check-in desk on Wednesday, July 20 beginning at 7:00am Tour cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the tour. After this date, tours are no longer refundable. If a group tour is cancelled by the tour company, full refunds will be given. NOTE: Tour space often sells out prior to the conference and/or deadline stated above. Please reserve early to ensure availability. 2 Group Tour Descriptions HORSEBACK RIDE AND DINNER Thursday, July 21 ~ 4:30pm-9:00pm (approximate return) ~ Meet at Jake s Horses DESCRIPTION A complete and authentic western evening enjoyed by everyone! You will begin with a two-hour horseback trail ride through the woods to a special spot for a buffet-style dinner. Dining by lantern light allows you to enjoy an amazing evening. We ll end the night roasting marshmallows over the campfire. Dinner to include: grilled steak, baked beans, corn on the cob, baked potato, tossed salad, soda, water, and coffee. COST & INCLUSIONS $86 per person (13 years and older) $81 per child (6-12 years) Children must be at least 6 years old Pregnant women are not allowed Weight cannot exceed 240 lbs Cost Includes: Two-hour guided horseback ride, dinner, drinks, and taxes Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion TRANSPORTATION You will need to meet at Jake s Horses by 4:30pm 5645 Ramshorn Street Gallatin Gateway, MT Driving Directions from - The drive to Jake s Horses takes approximately 30 minutes. We suggest leaving the resort by at least 4pm. 3 () HALF DAY CLASS III LOWER GALLATIN WHITEWATER RAFTING TOUR & LUNCH Friday, July 22 ~ 8:30am-2:00pm ~ Meet in the Huntley Lodge Lobby DESCRIPTION Fun for the whole family, this exciting adventure combines the thrill of whitewater rafting with the magnificent views of the wild Gallatin Canyon. Rafting adventurers will never forget their whitewater raft trip down the Gallatin River. Feel the excitement grow as you plunge through rapids called Screaming Left, House Rock and Mad Mile. You will have a blast! Great for rafters of all experience levels. Lunch will be provided during the tour. Lunch to include: sandwiches, pasta salad, chips, fruit, dessert, and a variety of drinks Custom-designed rafting facility is complete with comfortable indoor changing rooms and a 30 climbing wall for kids and adults to enjoy. COST & INCLUSIONS $70 per person (13 years and older) $60 per child (6-12 years old) Children must be at least 6 years old Pregnant women are not allowed Cost includes: Round-trip transportation to/from Huntley Lodge lobby, 3 hours of whitewater rafting, wetsuit and nylon jacket, lunch, and tax. Gratuities are at your discretion. TRANSPORTATION Meet in the Huntley Lodge Lobby at 8:30am NOTES Wear swimsuit under clothing. Bring cash for incidentals and gratuities. Cameras, unless waterproof, are not recommended.
