Friday Morning WELCOME Poker Run boats at the Chesapeake Inn & Marina (Due to the size of the projected field slip will be assigned by TITC & The Dock Master to utilize the dockage more efficiently) 2. Poker Run registration for Captain s & Crew Friday: Noon to 6:00 pm th Annual Friday afternoon dock party 12 Noon 4. Friday evening 7:30 pm VIP Cocktail party for Event Sponsors Packages 1, 2 & 3 (Location: Chesapeake Inn Upstairs Outdoor Veranda Deck) 5. Saturday morning breakfast buffet 7:30 till 10:00 & Final Boat Registration!! 6. Drivers meeting 9:30 (Mandatory) 7. Field exits the marina approx between 10:30 8. Lunch TBD 9. Helicopter Photos will be taken of the run and on display the night of event for purchase during slide show & HD poker run video the night of the party. 10. Sat. Dinner Party - 7:00 pm SHARP! Butler Appetizers served, 7:00 to 8:00 Dinner to follow, followed by sponsor awards & poker hand drawing. (Chesapeake Inn Banquet Room) -Poker Hands Cash Purse of $ Additional poker hand can be purchase for Cash prizes are based on 60 boats may be less!!
