3 Conference Agenda WEDNESDAY Delegate Arrival Smith & Sons Sponsor Green Room For the duration of the conference you can take some time out to meet with other franchisees, sponsors or your team in a quiet setting. Welcome Event Meet and mingle with all of the delegates and their families at the first event of the conference. Enjoy food, beverages and live entertainment. THURSDAY Full Day Business Session Smith & Sons franchisees and employees come together to be a part of the action orientated business session taking you to the next level. OR Partners Activity! This year we have introduced an activity for non-smith & Sons employees and/or sponsor partners to experience a touch of Queenstown. Family Night Family is important in our Smith & Sons culture so this is where you get to relax after a day of business and enjoy a great night out with your family. FRIDAY Smith & Sons Supplier Showcase Join the supplier partners of this years conference for a highly interactive, face to face showcase. Compulsory for all Smith & Sons team members. Black Tie Gala Awards Evening Dust off your formal attire and join the team and their partners to celebrate your achievements. This night will include a guest celebrity, entertainment, three course menu, beverages and whole lot of dancing. Saturday brings a close to this amazing NZ getaway.

4 NEW to this years conference Partners Activities This year we are offering MORE value to everyone attending the conference! For the first time, we are recognising that not all delegates attend the business session so we are offering an alternate activity to experience a touch of Queenstown. Registration for this partners activity is open to non-smith & Sons franchisees, partners and sponsors. Keep your eye out for the Monthly Conference Communications for activity options over the next few months. *Smith & Sons Team members must attend the Full Day Business Sessions and Trade Fair

5 Child Delegate There is a lot for you to look forward to at the 2018 Conference but don t worry we have also built in some quality family time because we know that balance is important. This includes the little ones! The Child Delegate Registration is for children over 3 who are attending the conference and want to get involved in the fun! This enables your children to attend the Welcome Dinner and Family Night. As always, we will provide a variety of kids activities to keep them entertained. We will also include a Kids Club Babysitting Service on the Friday Night so that you can kick back, celebrate and enjoy the Smith & Sons Gala Awards Night. * Kids Night Babysitting Service will be dependent on registration numbers. Smith & Sons will offer an additional benefit to the kids if numbers and demand for the Kids Club reduces.
