2 Sponsorship Packaging Cactus Jalopies is a very popular annual event, now in its 15th year. Based on previous years, in 2019 we are estimating the event will attract over 10,000 attendees and 500 vehicle entries. The event is now 4 days long over the first weekend in June. Car enthusiasts attend the show n shine on Osoyoos most stunning beach. This year the dates are May 30th, 31st, June 1st & 2nd: Thursday: Sage Pub Show n Shine Fiday: Wine Tours Poker Run, Garage Tours and Welcome Reception Saturday: Show n Shine at Gyro Beach, Ladies Poker Walk, Beer Garden, Extreme Motorcycle Show, Entertainment, Door Prizes & Awards and JF Kustoms Shop Tour & Open House Sunday: WCRA Drag Racing at Richter Pass Motorplex (Osoyoos Airport) Terms and Conditions: Official partners and sponsors of Cactus Jalopies Desert Wine Tour will be supportive of Cactus Jalopies not for profit society, its vision and mission. The Cactus Jalopies Society retains the right to reject any partner/sponsor that it deems inappropriate or cancel any partner level sponsorship at any time for any reason. Application to the Cactus Jalopies Society Desert Wine Tour Sponsor Partner Program can only be made by completion of the official application form. After written acceptance by the Cactus Jalopies Society, the sponsor/partner must provide the full payment of sponsorship funds, logo image (in the format required by its marketing partner) and other details required (such as correct use of the partner s or supporter s name, trademarks, etc.) to Cactus Jalopies Society within 30 days of receipt of acceptance. There will not be any refunds once the funds have been received by the Cactus Jalopies Society. The term of the sponsorship shall be for the duration of the event. Partner and Supporter sponsorship pledges cannot be processed without payment. Where applicable, Tax Receipts will be issued in respect of sponsorship monies received. Partners and sponsors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of their sponsorship program, nor represent, advertise or distribute literature or materials of the products or services of any other companies or bodies.

3 TITLE SPONSOR PACKAGE - $10,000 You will be recognized as the Title Partner / Sponsor through all media channels contracted and / or secured to promote the event; Your company logo, corporate information, and link to your web site will be posted to the Cactus Jalopies website to recognize your support and increase your business profile in Osoyoos and the beyond. Marketing of this event will also be posted on the Destination Osoyoos website which currently has over 85,000 social media followers; Public thank you with your logo and your photo with J. F. Launier published in the Osoyoos Times and other South Okanagan regional newspapers; A Title Sponsor Partner Plaque to hang in your office recognizing your valued support to the event; Four VIP invitations to a special appreciation mixer to be held the Friday night prior to the event with J. F. Launier and car club members; Your logo will be incorporated into all Cactus Jalopies Desert Wine Tour presentation materials; You will have the opportunity to supply your promotional materials for display at the Saturday car show site (Gyro Park); Four Cactus Jalopies signature tee shirts; 3 - On site Banners : Stage and Entry Banners (Supplied by Sponsor.
