The sorors of Tau Delta Omega Chapter are excited to welcome you to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Wilmington in Wilmington, DE for our 2018 Cluster II Leadership Conference. Cluster II is honored to serve as hosts under the leadership of our Regional Director, Mary Bentley LaMar. Join us as we embrace the theme, Leading With A High Note. This full-day conference is dedicated to honing our leadership skills, strengthening our sisterly relations and expanding our knowledge base of the programs and practices of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Business attire is required. At this conference we will also kick-off our International Program Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service in the North Atlantic with the service project Soles for Souls. Please see the informational flyer included in this packet. Online registration will be the only mode used and will be available on the North Atlantic Region s website until October 17, There will be no mail-in or onsite registration. We encourage chapters to set up a chapter team to assist sorors in registering online, if needed. The conference registration system is the same password used on AKA1908.com. We encourage all chapters to assist sorors who are unfamiliar with the internet to ease the experience of registering online. Mail purchase order payments to: AKA-North Atlantic Region Cluster II Conference Registration Attn: Pecunious Grammateus P.O. Box 413 Montclair, NJ Payment may be made on the North Atlantic Region website as a part of the registration process. Credit cards and purchase orders are accepted. REFUNDS ATTIRE No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your registration to another soror if you find that you are unable to attend after registering. The transfer permission must be verifiable in writing and any financial transactions are between the transferring sorors. Business REMINDERS Please bring a badge holder for your name tag and your official sorority documents. NEW: Please bring a new, or gently used AKA bag for a sisterly swap activity. 2

5 Directions to DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Wilmington From I-95 Northbound (Baltimore & Washington) Take exit 8 North off I-95. Travel north on US Route 202 (Concord Pike) for approximately 4 miles. The hotel is located on the right. From I-95 Southbound (Philadelphia & Philadelphia Int'l Airport) Take I-95 South to I-495 South. Stay in right lane, and take exit #6 (Route 92 West, Naamans Road). Proceed 5 miles to US Route 202, make a left onto 202 South. The hotel is located 1/2 mile on the left. To access the hotel entrance, take a U-turn at the first traffic light past the hotel. From New York or New Jersey Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 1, (the Delaware Memorial Bridge). Follow I- 295 South to I-95 North to Exit 8 North, (US Route 202, Concord Pike). Travel North on US Route 202 for approximately 4 miles. The hotel is located on the right. 4
