So up to approximately 120 pork loins will be shipped to the hotel prior to the meeting, depending upon the final number of attendees. The pork loins will most likely be shipped frozen and will need to be placed directly in the refrigerator to defrost. As such, can you agree to store these pork loins we will ship to the hotel in a refrigerated location prior to the meeting and dispose of them after each training session. This is critical to the program.
