We are delighted to submit to you the following proposal after these two introductory pages. In addition to the below information regarding our resort I wanted to let you know that I have several years of success in planning events for many major corporations as well as Government organizations. When utilizing my services at the Renaissance resort I can guarantee that the planning process and event execution will be as if you are hitting the easy button for your program. Not only will I make the process easy for you but I will ensure that your attendee s walk away feeling wowed. The Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village is North Florida s most recently designated AAA Four Diamond Resort. We are a member of the Florida Green Lodging Program. We are the largest combined resort and convention center between Atlanta and Orlando and specialize in finding the perfect balance between expert convention and event planning and genuine hospitality. We are proud to offer the following services: All 301 deluxe guestroom accommodations, including 30 one bedroom suites, have all new furniture and soft goods, as well as the addition of flat screen televisions,. The bathrooms in the guest rooms and suites are renovated with new granite countertops, wet bars and refrigerators. Guest room corridors have new carpet, new wall coverings, and new paint. 100 luxury villas with incredible views of even more incredible golf courses. Inside each villa you will find the comforts of home with full kitchens, DVD players, washers and dryers, and other amenities. Complimentary Individual Shuttle Service to Downtown St. Augustine. Your attendee s can experience the history and charm of St. Augustine as well as hundred s of restaurants through the use of our complimentary shuttle to downtown St. Augustine. The entry of the resort has a new marble floor. The 10 story atrium lobby has a Colonial/Asian theme with new furniture, new soft goods, new fixtures, an enhanced waterfall and stream, and lush foliage throughout to fit the Asian theme. Additionally, the lobby features new conversational seating areas positioned near the resort s bar. The bar is remodeled, as well as the adjacent restaurant. The St. John s County Convention Center, which is attached to the Resort, offers over 40,000 square feet of contiguous state of the art meeting space. All meeting rooms have new carpeting, wall treatments and new wall sconces. Also included in the renovation are new flex back meeting room chairs. With recent renovations our combined meeting and event space is now 100,000 square feet. New 16,000 square feet of outdoor patio space with upgraded patio furniture. 2 As the home of the World Golf Hall of Fame golf is the prime recreational activity at the World Golf Village. Our resort has hosted the Liberty Mutual PGA Tour Legends of Golf Tournament a nationally televised Senior PGA Tour event held in the Spring of each year. As an alternative banquet and meeting venue, the World Golf Hall of Fame offers an excellent site for receptions, dinners and other VIP events for all golf enthusiasts. Our two world class championship golf courses are the Slammer & Squire, named after Hall of Famers Slamming Sam Snead and Gene The Squire Sarazen; and the King & Bear, the only course in the world ever collaboratively designed by legendary greats, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. ARRIVAL: Wednesday, February 15, 2012 DEPARTURE: Monday, February 20, 2012 ROOMS BLOCK: The Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village, a 100% non smoking hotel, has 301 guestrooms, including 30 suites. We will be willing to guarantee these rates for the above time periods if confirmed on a definite basis by 1/6/2012 3:00:00 PM. If the contract has not been finalized prior to this date, rates may be subject to increase. We will offer ABA BMX reduced cost complimentary airport transportation if the contract is executed by 12/31/2011. We will provide one complimentary room per twenty (20) rooms paid for on a per night basis to be credited to the group master account. The Renaissance Resort will provide complimentary round trip transportation from the Jacksonville International Airport. Service must be pre scheduled. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes. The Renaissance Resort has over 100,000 square feet of event space to accommodate your group including the St. Johns County Convention Center which offers over 40,000 square feet of meeting space. The Renaissance Resort has a full service in house DMC (who is employed by the resort and not a contractor). Possible Themed dinners include beach party on the ocean, an experience dining under the sea, golf around the world at the World Golf Hall of Fame, lawn games and fun on the patio, retro recess, an interactive chef dining experience, Hollywood glamour under the stars. The Renaissance Resort customizing each group s menu experience. Our average check prices are, breakfast $20.00; lunch $35.00; dinner $60.00.

7 TRANSPORTATION: WORLD GOLF HALL OF FAME: PARKING: GOLF: The Renaissance Resort has a dedicated, in house transportation department. We will provide reduced cost airport transportation for your group. The Renaissance Resort offers the World Golf Hall of Fame Museum for events. There is a surcharge in addition to your selected menu charge for use, based on the number of guests. Self parking is complimentary at the Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village. Valet parking is offered at day and overnight rates (currently $6 per day, $10 overnight). As the home of the World Golf Hall of Fame, golf is a prime recreational activity at the World Golf Village. The Slammer & Squire golf course is the first of two championship golf courses planned at the Village. Our second course, the King & Bear is the only course in the world ever collaboratively designed by legendary greats, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus.
