10 242 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, February 8, 2013 MINISTER S ORDER/ARRÊTÉ MINISTÉRIEL The Municipalities Act [sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62 and 63] Alteration of boundaries between the TOWN OF CARLYLE AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MOOSE MOUNTAIN NO Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Carlyle has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Government Relations. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Town of Carlyle and the Rural Municipality of Moose Mountain No. 63 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the town the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Carlyle; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. 11 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, february 8, schedule A The boundaries of the Town of Carlyle are altered by adding to the town and withdrawing from the Rural Municipality of Moose Mountain No. 63 those areas West of the Second Meridian, described as: (1) All that portion of Township 8, Range 2 described as: (a) all that portion of the north half of Section 6 not currently within the Town of Carlyle; Excepting: Parcel E, described as Surface Parcel No , and the portion of the road allowance lying west of and adjacent to the whole of Parcel E; (b) that portion of Parcel D, described as Surface Parcel No , in the south-west quarter of Section 6. (2) All that portion of Township 8, Range 3 described as: (a) the east half of Section 12; (b) that portion of Parcel B, described as Surface Parcel No in the north-east quarter of Section 1; (c) Surface Parcel No in the south-east quarter of Section 13. Unless otherwise specified, the sections and portions of sections described in the above schedules include the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. The said plans of survey are of record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan. schedule B The boundaries of the Town of Carlyle shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within: Township 8, Range 2, West of the Second Meridian and described as: (1) Section 7; (2) that portion of the south-west quarter of Section 18 lying south of the north-eastern boundary of road Parcel Y shown on Plan No. 67R16095; (3) that portion of the road allowance and widening thereto adjoining the western boundary of the south-west quarter of Section 18 lying south of the south-easterly production of a line drawn parallel at a perpendicular distance of m north-east of the north-eastern boundary of the surveyed road in the south-east quarter of Section 13 shown on Plan No. 68R04631; (4) the north half of Section 6; Excepting: Parcel E, described as Surface Parcel No , and the portion of the road allowance lying west of and adjacent to the whole of the Town; (5) Portion of Parcel D, described as Surface Parcel No , in the south-west quarter of Section 6.
