Proclaimed in force January 1, *Note: A proclamation appearing in this list for the first time is indicated in bold print. / Une loi proclamée qui figure pour la première fois dans cette liste apparaît en caractères gras. ministers orders/arrêtés ministériels The Municipalities Act [sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62, 63 and 64] ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE TOWN OF DUNDURN AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF DUNDURN NO Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Dundurn has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Town of Dundurn and the Rural Municipality of Dundurn No. 314 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the town the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Dundurn ; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. 8 108 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, January 23, 2009 SCHEDULE A The boundaries of the Town of Dundurn are altered by adding to the town and withdrawing from the Rural Municipality of Dundurn No. 314 territory lying within: Township 33, Range 4, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) all that portion of the north west quarter of Section 3 lying west of Highway No. 11, Plan No. 66S07069; and (2) parcel X, Plan No. G916 in the south west quarter of Section 10. SCHEDULE B The boundaries of the Town of Dundurn shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within: Township 33, Range 4, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) the following portions of Section 3: (a) all that portion of the north west quarter lying west of Highway No. 11, Plan No. 66S07069; (2) the following portions of Section 4: (a) the most northerly metres in width throughout the north east quarter section; and (b) that portion of the north west quarter section described as: commencing at the north east corner of the quarter section; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the quarter section a distance of metres; thence westerly and perpendicular to the eastern boundary a distance of metres; thence northerly and parallel to the eastern boundary to the northern boundary of the quarter section; thence easterly along the said northern boundary to the point of commencement. (3) the following portions of Section 9: (a) all that portion of the south east quarter section lying to the south of the northern limit of Registered Plans numbered Parcel F, Plan No ; Block 17 and 18, Plan No ; R.1, Plan No and Parcel L, Plan No. CT1758; and (b) all that portion of the south west quarter section commencing at the south east corner of the quarter section; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the quarter section a distance of metres; thence westerly perpendicular to the eastern boundary of the quarter section a distance of metres; thence southerly and parallel with the eastern boundary of the quarter section to its intersection with the southern boundary of the quarter section; thence easterly along the said southern boundary to the point of commencement. (4) the following portions of Section 10: (a) the most westerly 76.2 metres in perpendicular width throughout of the most southerly metres in perpendicular width throughout the south west quarter section; and (b) parcel X, Plan No. G916. Unless otherwise specified, the sections and portions of sections described in the above schedules include the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. The said plans of survey are of record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan.

9 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, January 23, ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF PARADISE HILL AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF FRENCHMAN BUTTE NO Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Village of Paradise Hill has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Village of Paradise Hill and the Rural Municipality of Frenchman Butte No. 501 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the village the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Village of Paradise Hill ; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. SCHEDULE B The boundaries of the Village of Paradise Hill shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within: Township 52, Range 24, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) the north east quarter of Section 33; (2) the following portions of Section 34: (a) north west quarter; and (b) that portion of the north east quarter bounded by a line commencing at the north west corner of the said quarter, thence easterly along the northern boundary of the north east corner of the said quarter, thence southerly along the east boundary of the quarter section to the southern limit of the Canadian National Railways Station Grounds on Plan A0694, thence north westerly along the southern limit of the said Station Grounds to a point thereon metres perpendicularly distant westerly from the eastern boundary of the said quarter to a point metres perpendicularly distance northerly from the southern boundary of the said quarter, thence westerly parallel to the southern boundary of the said quarter to the eastern boundary of Legal Subdivision 10, thence southerly along said eastern boundary to the southern limit of the quarter section, thence westerly to the south west corner of the said quarter section, thence northerly along the western boundary of the said quarter to the point of commencement. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. The said plans of survey are of record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan. correction order regarding the ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF milden AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF milden NO. 286 It has been determined that the order regarding the alteration of boundaries between the Village of Milden and the Rural Municipality of Milden No. 286 contained a misdescription. The measurements described in Schedule A contain an error in terms of the length of the northern boundary of the affected parcel which was described as metres instead of the actual metres. Pursuant to section 64 of The Municipalities Act: (1) no misnomer, misdescription or omission in an order made pursuant to section 64 suspends or impairs in any way the operation of this Act with respect to the matter misnamed, misdescribed or omitted and the minister may, by order, correct that matter at any time. (2) a correction order made pursuant to subsection(1): (a) is effective on the date specified in the correcting order; and (b) may be retroactive to the date of the original order. AS SUCH, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The misdescription contained in the order regarding the alteration of boundaries between the Village of Milden and the Rural Municipality of Milden No. 286 is corrected by replacing Schedule A and Schedule B as attached. This Order shall be retroactive to October 23, Maryellen Carlson, Assistant Deputy Minister for and on behalf of the Minister of Municipal Affairs. SCHEDULE A The boundaries of the Village of Milden are altered by adding to the village and withdrawing from the Rural Municipality of Milden No. 286 the following lands lying within the north west quarter of Section 17, Township 29, Range 11,West of the Third Meridian and described as: All that portion of the said quarter section commencing at a point on the west limit of said quarter distant northerly from the north limit of road plan 61S metres; thence southerly along the west limit of said quarter to the north limit of road plan 61S18381; thence north-easterly along the north limit of road plan 61S18381 a distance of metres; thence north westerly a distance of 83.63; thence south westerly to the point of commencement a distance of metres.
