Whereas the Minister of Municipal Affairs has received a copy of a resolution of the council of the Municipal District of Stony Plain No. 84 'rehuesting the establishment of an area comprising the said municipal district, adjoining' parts of Improvement Districts 77 and 78, and the Stony Plain School Division No. 23, as a county:.., Therefore, upon the recommendation of the Honourable the Minister. of Municipal Affairs, the Executive Council advises that the Lieutenant Governor in Council,' pursuant to section 3. of. The electoral divisions described in the Schedule hereto are the electoral divisions of the county. 4. This Order be and is hereby made effective January 1, ERNEST C. MANNING (Chairman). SCHEDULE In range 25, that part of township 51 lying west of the North Saskatchewan River; that part of township 52 lying west of the North Saskatchewan River not within the boundaries of the City of Edmonton; in township 53, sections 4 to 9 inclusive, the north half of section 15, sections 16, 17 and 18, that part of section 19 lying south of the south shore of Big Lake, sections 20 and 21, the south-west quarter of section 22, and those parts of sections 29 and 30 lying easterly of the easterly shore of Big Lake. In range 26, those parts of townships 50 and 51 lying north of the North Saskatchewan River; township 52; in township 53, sections 1 to 13 inclusive, those parts of sections 14 and 15 lying south of the southerly shore of Big Lake, sections 16 to 21 inclusive, that part of section 22 lying west of the west shore of Big Lake, those parts of sections 23 and 24 lying southerly of the south shore of Big Lake and that part of section 27 lying south and west of the westerly shore of Big Lake. In range 27, that part of township 50 lying north of the North Saskatchewan River; townships 51, 52 agd 53; in township 54, sections 4 to 9 inclusive. In range 28, that part of fractional township 50 lying north of the North Saskatchewan River; fractional townships 51, 52 and 53; the south one-third of fractional township 54. All of the above described lands lying west of the fourth meridian. In range 1, that part of township 50 lying north of the North Saskatchewan River; townships 51 and 52; township 53 excepting thereout sections 30 and 31; in township 54, sections 1 to 5 inclusive and sections 8 to 12 inclusive. In range 2, those parts of townships 50 and 51 lying north and east of the North Saskatchewan River; township 52; in township 53, sectiona 1 to 24 inclusive and sections 29 and 30. That for electoral purposes the area within the boundaries of the county shall be and it is hereby divided into seven electoral divisions described as follows: Division No. 1 In range 25, that part of toqship 51 lying west of the,north Saskatchewan River; that part of the south half of township 52 lying west of the North Saskatchewan River and not within the boundaries of the City of Edmonton. In range 26, those parts of townships 50 and 51 lying north of the North Saskatchewan River; the south half of township 52: In range 27, that part of township 50 lying north of the North Saskatchewan River; township 51; the south half of township 52. In range 28, that part of fractional township 50 lying north of the Horth Saskatchewan River; fractional township 51; the south half of fractional township 52. Division No. 2 ' ' '. southerly shore of Big Lake, sections 16 to 21 inclusive, that part of section 22 lying west of the west shore of Big Lake, those parts of sections 23 and 24 lying southerly of the south shore of Big Lake and that part of section 27 lying south and west of the westerly shore of Big Lake.
