1 Insert BOARD OF TRUSTEES, TOWN or PAGOSA SPRINGS STATE OF COLORADO ORDINANCE NO. 612, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 561, ESTABLISHING THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS SANITATION ENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, TO CLARIFY THE LEGA THERETO. DESCRIPTION ATTACHED WHEREAS, in accordance with (4)(b), C.R.S., the BoardofTrustees ( Board ) of the Town of Pagosa Springs ( Town ) did pursuant to Ordinance No. 561 organize the Town of Pagosa Springs Sanitation General Improvement District ( District ); and WHEREAS, subsequent to passage of Ordinance No. 561, it was discovered that clari?cations shouldbe made to the legal descriptionof the District; and WHEREAS, the Board desires to clarify the legal description of the District,which clari?cation will not result in the exclusion of any property previously included within or inclusion of any property previously outside the boundaries of the District. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS: Section 1. Clari?cation. Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 561 is hereby amended as follows: (,.- _\, 1/ a.
