BYLAW NO. 390_ A Bylaw to consolidate the HUM8 authorised to be borrowed by certain Local Improvement Debenture Bylaws into one sum of $27, and to borrow the same by the issue of Debentures therefor. ihereas the Council of the Corporation of Point Grey has passed the bylaws desoribed in the Sohedule attaohed hereto and forming part of this Bylaw, providing for borrowing money by the issue of debentures to pay for the oonstruotion of certain works as local improvements therein referred to: AND :11FIKAS the aggregate of the sums authorised by the said bylaws to be borrowed is the sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY-NINE CENTS ($27,602.59) and it is desirable to oonsolidate the said sums into one sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AD TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY-NINE CENTS ($27,602.59) and to issue debentures therefor in one consecutive issue: AND WHEREAS the said bylaws provide that the debentures to be issued thereunder shall be payable and shall bear interest as set out in said Schedule: THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of Point Grey enacts as follows:- 1. The sums authorized by the said bylaws to be borrowed are hereby consolidated into one sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY-NINE CENTS ($27,602.39). 2. For the purposes recited in the aforesaid Bylaws there shall be borrowed the sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND TWO DOLLARS AD FIFTY-NINE CENTS ($27,602.59) and Debentures shall be issued therefor in one consecutive issue. 3. The debentures shall bear the date of March 1,1928 and shall be payable on March 1,1938 at Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, or Montreal, in Canada; or in London, England.

The debentures shall bear interest at the rate of five (5) per oentum per annum payable half yearly and shall have interest coupons attached, which shall bear the signature of the Reeve of the Corporation, which signature may be either written, stamped, printed or lithographed. 5. The said debentures shall be signed by the Reeve and Treasurer of the Corporation. 6. This Bylaw shall be known and cited for all purposes as "Local Improvement Loan Consolidation Bylaw No " 7. This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect upon the consent of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council being granted to the consolidation hereby provided for.
