All West of the Second Meridian. Excepting those lands included within the boundaries of an Indian Reserve. 2 That the education portion of any property tax arrears on the aforementioned lands shall be payable to the Board of Education of the Horizon School Division No. 205 of Saskatchewan and further, that the education portion of property taxes owing or already paid for the current year on the said lands shall be apportioned between the two boards of education in a mutually accepted manner. 3 That all parcels of the aforementioned lands that may be registered in the name of the Board of Education of the Horizon School Division No. 205 of Saskatchewan, or their predecessors, shall be vested in the name of the Board of Education of the North East School Division No. 200 of Saskatchewan. Pursuant to clause 35.1(1)(d) of The Highways and Transportation Act, For the purpose of managing traffic on and protecting provincial highways, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective 12:01 a.m., September 12, 2012 unless restricted by a Minister s Order issued pursuant to The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, this Order authorizes any person, vehicle or class of vehicles to operate at the weights set for primary highways by The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations, 2010, on Provincial Highway No. 38 northbound from its junction with Provincial Highway No. 49 to Railway Ave. in the town of Kelvington with the exception of April, May, and June of each year.
