ED29/ Pursuant to the authority vested in me by clause 54(1)(a) and section 118 of The Education Act, 1995, and in compliance with section 357 of the said Act, I, Ken Krawetz, Minister of Education, do hereby order the following, effective the date of this Order, in the manner set forth herein: 1 That the following lands be transferred from sub-division No. 3 of the Living Sky School Division No. 202 of Saskatchewan to sub-division No. 5 of the Prairie Spirit School Division No. 206 of Saskatchewan: In Township 37, Range 11: sections 17 to 20 and 29 to 32, and the north half of section 7; In Township 37, Range 12: sections 2 to 11 and 13 to 36, west half of section 1, and the west half and north east quarter section of section 12; In Township 39, Range 11: section 7, north half of section 5, and the west half of section 8; All West of the Third Meridian. Except those lands included within the boundaries of an Indian Reserve. 2 That the education portion of any property tax arrears on the aforementioned lands shall be payable to the Board of Education of the Living Sky School Division No. 202 of Saskatchewan and further, that the education portion of property taxes owing or already paid for the current year on the said lands shall be apportioned between the two Boards of Education in a mutually accepted manner. 3 That all parcels of the aforementioned lands that may be registered in the name of the Living Sky School Division No. 202 of Saskatchewan, or its predecessors shall be vested in the name of the Board of Education of the Prairie Spirit School Division No. 206 of Saskatchewan. The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997 [section 35] weight restrictions provincial highway No ORDER for Road Restriction on Provincial Highway No (Caron Access Road). Reference: Provincial Highway No (Caron Access Road) from the junction of Provincial Highway No. 1 to the corporate limits of the Hamlet of Caron except for when directly crossing Provincial Highway No (Caron Access Road) at an intersecting public highway. Pursuant to section 35 of The Highways and Transportation Act, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective 12:01 a.m., November 26, 2010 and until further notice, vehicles other than those exempted below and those vehicles described in subsections 3(1) and (2) of the The Vehicle Weight and Dimensions Regulations, 1999, on the following provincial highways: Provincial Highway No (Caron Access Road) from the junction of Provincial Highway No. 1 to the corporate limits of the Hamlet of Caron, shall be restricted as follows: The maximum gross vehicle weight not to exceed kg ( lbs); The maximum gross weight on any axle not to exceed kg ( lbs).

This Order is issued on a permanent basis and should not be confused with Spring Road Restriction Orders. The Municipalities Act [sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62, 63 and 64] AlterationS of boundaries between the town of big river and the rural municipality of big river no Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57,59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Big River has submitted anapplication to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries.
