Now, Therefore, I, Nancy Heppner, Minister of Environment, do hereby issue a complimentary angling licence to every person present in Saskatchewan on July 10 and 11, 2010 as Free Fishing Weekend in the Province of Saskatchewan, where all may fish without charge.
