MINISTERS ORDERs/ARRÊTÉs MINISTÉRIELs The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997 [subsection 35.1(1)] increasing weight designation provincial highway No. 13 ORDER for Increasing Weight Designation on Provincial Highway No. 13. Reference: Increasing weight limits on a section of Provincial Highway No. 13 from the western junction with Provincial Highway No. 36 to Cadillac. Pursuant to clause 35.1(1)(d) of The Highways and Transportation Act, For the purpose of managing traffic on and protecting provincial highways, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective 12:01 a.m., October 8, 2010 unless restricted by a Minister s Order issued under clause 35.1(1)(a) of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, this Order authorizes any person, vehicle or class of vehicles to operate at the weights set for primary highways by The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations, 1999, on Provincial Highway No. 13 from the western junction with Provincial Highway No. 36 to the junction with Provincial Highway No. 4, with the exception of April, May and June of each year. This Order will remain in effect until March 31, 2013, unless sooner varied or rescinded.
