ED01/ Pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 40, clause 42(1)(e), section 54, section 61 of The Education Act, 1995, I, Don Morgan, Minister of Education, do hereby order the following with respect to the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 22 of Saskatchewan, in the manner set forth herein: 1 That the number of members comprising the Board of Education be reduced from eight (8) to seven (7): (a) four (4) members elected-at-large from the City of Moose Jaw, by electors resident within the area as follows: (i) Township 17, Range 26, those portions of Sections 2 to 10, 17, and 18 lying within the incorporated boundary of the City of Moose Jaw; (ii) Township 17, Range 27, those portions of Sections 1, 12 and 13 lying within the incorporated boundary of the City of Moose Jaw; (iii) Township 16, Range 26, those portions of Sections 19 to 21, 27 to 35 lying within the incorporated boundary of the City of Moose Jaw; (iv) Township 16, Range 27, those portions of Section 25 to 27, 34 to 36 lying within the incorporated boundary of the City of Moose Jaw; All West of the Second Meridian. All West of the Third Meridian. The Municipalities Act [sections 49, 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62 and 63] ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE RESORT VILLAGE OF SHIELDS AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF DUNDURN NO Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Resort Village of Shields has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Government Relations. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Resort Village of Shields and the Rural Municipality of Dundurn No. 314 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the Resort Village the territory described in Schedule A; (b) schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Resort Village of Shields; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. SCHEDULE A The boundaries of the Resort Village of Shields are altered by adding to the resort village and withdrawing from the Rural Municipality of Dundurn No. 314 territory lying within: Township 33, Range 3, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) The following portions of the south-east quarter of Section 7: (a) Road Plan No. 69S02467, lying north of a line being the westerly production of the south limit of Plan No

10 994 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, MAY 13, 2016 SCHEDULE B The boundaries of the Resort Village of Shields shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within: Township 33, Range 3, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) the following portions of Section 7: (a) all that portion of the east half as shown on Registered Plan Nos. 69S19949, and ; (b) that portion of Road Plan No. 69S02467 in the south-east quarter Section 7 lying north of a line being the westerly production of the south limit of Plan No ; (2) the following portion of Section 8: (a) all that portion of the west half INCLUDING the northern road allowance adjacent thereto lying west of the western bank of the Blackstrap Reservoir; and (3) the following portion of Section 17: (a) all that portion of the south-west quarter lying between the western bank of the Blackstrap Reservoir and the western limit of the said quarter section. Unless otherwise specified, the sections and portions of sections described in the above schedules include the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. The said plans of survey are of record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan. ALTERATION OF DIVISION BOUNDARIES THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF EMERALD NO. 277 Pursuant to section 49 of The Municipalities Act, it is deemed appropriate to comply with the request from the council of the Rural Municipality of Emerald No. 277 to eliminate Division 7 and include Division 7 in the boundaries for Division 5 in the Rural Municipality of Emerald No IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Rural Municipality of Emerald No. 277 is restructured by eliminating Division 7 and altering the boundaries of Division 5. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the area of the Rural Municipality of Emerald No. 277 shall be confirmed as follows: Townships 28 to 30, Range 13; Townships 28 to 30, Range 14; and Townships 28 to 30, Range 15. All West of the 2nd Meridian in the province of Saskatchewan. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the six divisions of the Rural Municipality of Emerald No. 277 shall be confirmed as follows: Division 1: Township 28, Range 13; and south half Township 29, Range 13; Division 2: Township 28, Range 14; and south half Township 29, Range 14; Division 3: Township 28, Range 15; and south half Township 29, Range 15; Division 4: North half Township 29, Range 13; and Township 30, Range 13; Division 5: North half Township 29, Range 14; and Township 30, Range 14; Division 6: North half Township 29, Range 15; and Township 30, Range 15.
