3 Broadview Location: Broadview is located 150 kms east of Regina on the TransCanada Highway and just south of the Qu Appelle Valley. Community Profile: Located just 20 kms south of the Qu Appelle Valley, Broadview offers a variety of outdoor opportunities such as fishing and camping. It is also home to an 18- hole golf course that is rated one of the best in Saskatchewan. 4 Location: Edenwold is located 20 kms north of Balgonie on Highway 364 and 44 kms from Regina. Community Profile: Edenwold derives its name from early German settlers who thought it looked like the Garden of Eden. It is located close to the Qu Appelle Valley and the many outdoor recreational opportunities in the area. Edenwold is home to the Memorial Rink and Community Hall. In addition to the Qu Appelle lake system, Echo Lake Provincial Park is located nearby, as are two golf courses and a ski hill.
