10 1270 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, june 19, 2015 minister s order/arrêté ministériel The Municipalities Act [sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62, 63 and clause 67(5)(b)] ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF FOAM LAKE NO. 276 AND THE TOWN OF FOAM LAKE 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the RM of Foam Lake No. 276 has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Government Relations. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Town of Foam Lake and the Rural Municipality of Foam Lake No. 276 be altered by withdrawing from the town and adding to the rural municipality the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Foam Lake; (c) Pursuant to clause 67(5)(b) of The Municipalities Act, the boundaries of the RM are deemed to include the land withdrawn from the Town of Foam Lake; and (d) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order.
