6 Fire protection and security All aisles and passageways, emergency exits and doors must be kept free of obstruction at all times. The same applies to fire extinguishers, signs for fire extinguishers and emergency exit signs. Flammable goods, highly flammable liquids and pressure vessels for gas may not be brought onto the fair premises. The aisles between the stands in the exhibition halls must not be blocked by exhibition goods or empty packaging. Contact in Glasgow: victoria.parsons@secc.co.uk High structures / high advertising The standard height of exhibition stands is 2.50 metres. If you wish to build a stand or a section in your stand higher than 2,50 m, please submit a drawing to Melville, your support for booth building. Insurance The exhibiting company is responsible for all material (both rented and own) in their stands. The renting of a stand includes a Civil Liability Insurance. There will be no insurance from the SECC side for the Exhibitors. Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods and need to hire security if they leave valuables at the stand. Smoking Smoking is not allowed at all, day or night, in any part of the halls at SECC.

7 Set-up / dismantling Set-up: Sunday 12 May 2013 from 07:30 18:00. Dismantling: No exhibitor is allowed to dismantle their stand, or remove any exhibition material, before closing hours on the last two exhibition days. Moving out times: Thursday 16 May 2013 from 14:00 16:00. (please note that there are still conferences going on at these times on Thursday) If dismantling times are not kept, dismantling and removal will be performed on the exhibitor s expense and risk.
