SESA is a technical society of the Institution of Engineers Australia and is the Australian affiliated chapter of the International Council on System Engineering (INCOSE) Its membership is drawn from organisations that include government, industry, education and small and medium enterprises (SME). SESA provides a forum for its members to share experiences, exchange knowledge and learn from advances in techniques and practices. A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt. Sponsorship acceptance is subject to the review and approval of the Organisers. GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST) All sponsorship items include a 10% goods and services tax consistent with Australia s consumer tax system. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT Full payment must be received within 30 days from the invoiced date for the application to be considered. All payment must be made in Australian Dollars. CANCELLATION POLICY If you would like to request the cancellation of your sponsorship application, please submit a written request for cancellation specifying the reason for cancellation. The cancellation request is subject to the approval of the committee on the condition that none of the sponsorship arrangements have been delivered upon and can be resold. Note: 50% of the contracted amount will be retained for cancellation requests between 12 to 3 months prior to the event 100% of the contracted amount will be retained for cancellation requests received 3 months prior to the event LIABILITY Organisers are not liable for damages or loss to sponsor or exhibitors property. OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS Promotional activity must not impinge on or directly interfere with any other sponsor or exhibitor. EXHIBITION Organisers reserve the right to change the layout and allocation of booths should the need arise. Exhibitors will be notified if this becomes necessary. Exhibitors must be adequately covered for Public and Product Liability Insurance. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange appropriate insurance for items within their exhibition. Exhibitors must ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of their allocated space.
