2 Exhibition space and stands Within the space of LIPTOV ARENA there are available standard exhibition stands OKTANORM of dimensions 6 m², 9 m², 12 m², 15 m², 18 m², 21 m², etc., the stands depth 3 m. Requests for non-standards stand shall be agreed with the Event Organiser in advance. Sizable exhibits will be placed at an open area next to LIPTOV ARENA. Floor plan and requested dimensions of stand can be sketched in Annex 2. 5 Annex No. 1: General conditions for participants and exhibitors at INTERLAVEX 2016 exhibition I. Organizer: LAVEX-LANOVKY A VLEKY Slovak-based professional association, M. Pišúta 5, Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovak Republic II. Exhibitor: Natural person and legal entity which received confirmed invitation card from the exhibition organizer. III. Application for participation at the Exhibition and allocation of exhibition space: (a) Exhibitors may apply for their participation at the event solely through filling-in Registration & Order Form and acceptance of exhibitors of these general conditions and other written instructions of the organizer. (b) Application for participation at the Event (exhibition) binding on the sender (of the application), even if organiser can not fulfil all the applicant's requirements conditions as regards the floor area of exhibition space or its location. (c) The application's acceptance or refusal is in the organiser's sole discretion without the organiser's obligation to give reasons for his decision. (d) The applicant becomes legally entitled to exhibition space and provision of services only after settlement of advance-payment invoice. If exhibitor fails to settle the invoice within defined maturity period, the organiser shall have the right to let the area to an another applicant and the original applicant is not entitled to compensation of expenses or a loss incurred. (e) Allocated exhibition space shall no be further or subsequently leased by applicant to a third party. (f) The applicant s application shall be deemed as confirmed by organiser with the issue of advance-payment invoice by which a contractual relationship is established between the parties. Subject of contract contains the following points: floor area of leased exhibition space ordered services to be provided to exhibitor financial settlement according to exhibition price tariff general provisions (of the contract) IV. Rent fee payable for exhibition space provided by organiser (a) Amount of rent payable for roofed or open-air exhibition space is stated in price quotation. The amount depends on the area dimensions. Each started or incomplete square meter will be taken as a complete one. (b) Organiser will issue invoice on the basis of the confirmed Registration & Order Form. (c) When applicant subsequently, after , cancels his application already filed and confirmed by organiser, rental and registration fees already by the applicant will not be returned and paid back. V. Payment conditions (a) Exhibitor shall settle all the organisers' invoices within their maturity dates. (b) Organiser is entitled to invoice to exhibitor all the exhibition-related costs even prior to exhibition start-up date. Providing that the are not settled by exhibitor within their maturity, the services ordered by exhibitor will not be provided by organiser. VI. Installation of exhibits (a) Organiser will make available exhibition space to exhibitor 24 hours before the exhibition opening. (b) Exhibitor shall not install his exhibits beyond the exhibition space allocated to him by organiser. Operation and appearance (style) of exhibition stand shall not disturb or restrict the other exhibitors in their presentation activity at the exhibition. (c) Based on the exhibitor's request the organiser provides furniture and similar material items usable for exhibition purposes and exhibitor is responsible that at the end of the Event they will be returned clean and in good condition back to organiser, otherwise exhibitor shall cover the costs incurred by organiser to restore the material into original technical condition. (d) Exhibitor shall not make any adaptations of the floor, ceiling and walls of exhibition hall or at the area under open air, and/or dismantle the stand and uninstall the exhibits before the Event s closing. VII. Promotion & advertising (a) Exhibitor is entitled to be presented in the Event s catalogue of exhibitors which will constitute a part of LAVEX INFO magazine issued by organiser. The exhibitor s presentation in the magazine will consist of the exhibitor's name, address, information on his line of business, tel., and web addresses. (b) Exhibitor may install his exhibits in his leased stand only with the understanding that his presentation shall not disturb, no matter how, other exhibitors. VIII. Final provisions (a) Exhibitor may lodge complaint of services and material provided by organiser. Exhibitor may do so by lodging the written complaint to the organiser's appointed representative not later than by the exhibition closing date. Liptovský Mikuláš, September 30, 2015
