The Be My Franchise Expo will take place on October 2017 at the CNR Expo Centre in cooperation with UFRAD Turkish Franchising Association, and under the main sponsorship of Coldwell Banker Turkey. The official Exhibition Guide will help you plan your activities and get the most out of participating in the Exhibition. To avoid unnecessary troubles, please carefully examine all the articles and follow the instructions stated hereby. Please visit for required information and forms. Each participator company that wants to set up their special design booth must sign and confirm the Project Audit Contract provided by the organizer company. Workers who do not have this document cannot work on the setup process.

3 ROW SPACE GUIDELINE Columns may not be used by the exhibitor for any purpose whatsoever. Row space exhibitors who have columns on their row space area should obey these obligations on the below; 1) For the air condition and circulation, please do not cover the vent (highlighted yellow on the hall plan) on the column and keep the 100cm security distance between the vent and your booth materials 2) Please do not cover/block the Fire Hose Cabinets which are highlighted red on the hall plans 3) Please do not cover/block the Fire Escape Doors which are highlighted red on the hall plans Row Space Stand Design For the confirmation of your stand design, please contact: Mr. Muhammed ELMA Phone: / Interior 2549 Roof construction, electricity, lighting, booth carpet, furniture, and name of the exhibiting company on the booth are not included in the participation fee. 8 EXHIBITION GUIDELINE All booths must be set up by October 11 until p.m. Set up is NOT permitted after 08:00 p.m. Daily vacuuming is NOT included as part of your booth price. Please order cleaning from: Mr. Yasin Erik Standart A.Ş. Telephone: /2339 Fax: Exhibitors should apply for individual badges in advance by completing the exhibitor registration form. Badges will not be mailed and should be picked up at the exhibitor registration counter starting October 12 at 09:30 a.m. Exhibitors who do not receive name badges cannot enter the exhibition zone. On the closing date of the exhibition, October 15, the hangar doors will not open before p.m. for the breakdown process. EXHIBITORS MUST BE REMOVED BY October 16, 09:00 am. Please keep in mind, stand design companies must obey these regulations. Enclosed, please find order forms for your extra needs.
