3 General Information About the conference The Brewing Conference 2011, organised by the Thailand Beer Industry Guild (TBIG), VLB Berlin and Bangkok Exhibition Services (BES) will be the 3 rd of a series of informative international Brewing Industry Conferences organised in Bangkok. The informative programme, structured by the VLB and TBIG, draws upon a rich knowledge base of international Brewing and Beverage industry professionals to provide a region specific programme covering the crucial issues most pertinent to operations in Asia-Pacific. Target group This seminar is suitable for managers and senior staff of breweries, maltings, the beverage industry and their suppliers in the areas of technology and quality control. The presentations cover basic and advanced topics from state-of-art brewing technology. Language The presentations will be held in English exclusively. Translations into other languages will be not provided. Conference venue Brewing Conference 2011 will be staged at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) providing the most modern facilities in Thailand and voted as one of the leading venues in Asia.
